sat home waiting on furniture to get delivered thsts still never gotten here! they didnt call or give any explanation on why its not here. I wont buy from these people again! Add comment

I am so disappointed in Rooms to Go...I will not be using them or recommending them to anyone! I ordered a 2 piece sofa (I'm going to keep this short! ) it arrived with numerous damage the inspector came out and it got returned and another couch sent. Ordered a bedroom suite that we really needed soon. 2 weeks 2 days later a partial delivery was made and then I was told that the other pieces would be another 6 weeks! I bought a love seat and sofa 3 years ago with blended furniture which the salesman (Chuck Jones, Augusta GA store) assured me was the new thing. The vinyl or whatever it was cracked and peeled within the warranty period. I was given maintainance pil an smile to fix it with. It became worse and finally peeled away altogether. Purchased a sofa, love seat, and two recliners and ottomans in 2010. Highly recommended fabric by the salesman as very durable. Their advertisements still show bonded leather as durable. Two years later they exchanged the sofa and love seat at additional cost to us of over $1000 for replacements with cloth fabrics. Both had cracked and flaked off with very little usage. I have a couch that is falling apart one year later. Because I am a few months past the "manufactures warranty" they tell me there is nothing they can do.
