I wish I would have come here prior to purchasing furniture at rooms to go. I spent over $4500 to receive every piece damaged!! Dining room table was broken, 5 piece section had a cut in it and the reclining sofa was so busted it never left the truck. The sent out a replacement piece for the table which is now ok; however, the replacement piece for the section arrived DAMAGED!!! What kind of operation are they running?!? Customer service don't... Bought a couch and matching chair from rooms to go 6 months ago. Within just a few months,we noticed the cushions were losing shape...then we heard a crunching sound when sitting...then we starting noticing feathers coming through the material...we opened the cushions and pillows and its stuffed with thin cheap foam and bags of feathers. I was approved for financing for Rooms To Go furniture through Synchrony Bank. I have paid my bill every single month and in some cases twice in one month. I started receiving collection calls in dec. I answered and although confused I settled the situation. I recently purchased a living room set at RTG, in ocala fl. After they accepted full payment for it on my credit card. I was informed that the couch, loveseat, and recliner were discontinued. The sales rep went to speak to the store manger. Said she would talk to us in a few minutes. Half hour later, still haven't heard from anyone. Went in store found exactly what we wanted only to find out they had the sectional with recliner powered but when we started to buy it it was another 800.00 dollars Mislead and was not even mentioned on the price tag . The real price tag is hidden on the back. Wife heart broke left store Add comment

My sister and I bought two bedroom sets, a sleeper couch and two matching oversized chairs. May 2015 I should have complained from the beginning, one chair had already totally fallen in, the front supports have cracked off the sides, can't even use it. And the furniture is horrid, feel the wood thru all the cushions. We tested at the store, they must have special pieces for display to get you to buy them. I've bought living room furniture... DO NOT SIGN any waivers when you receive your delivery. You are paying for your furniture to be delivered and carefully placed in your house. If they break anything, it's on them. Of course you want to move your breakables, that's just smart. BUT, in my case, they put a hole in my door and now they have turned their back on me. The delivery personnel bullied my 80 year old mother into signing a waiver, which she was not aware of or received... Read more

I purchased a loft bed for my daughter for over $500. Delivery came (with no.tools, had to borrow mine) to put the bed together. Once daughter arrived home she.was soo excited about the slide, she climbed up the ladder and the bed rocked to and fro. WTH!?!? We got our tools, made sure everything was tightened and noticed some holes had no screws in them. I called customer service the next morning and told them the delivery team didn't leave any...
