I purchased a Cindy Crawford sectional, the first set I purchased after one month stretched at the inside corner seam, the next one did the same. I was told it is a woven fabric and I have had this one for 6 months and is not under warranty. I am the only person that lives here and I weight 115 lbs. Really, not a defect! My mother, Carolyn Fagan, (SAV GA) purchased a living room suit in Jan 2015 and the motor in one of the recliners no longer works..She called Rooms to go and they said the only thing they could recommend is go online to find a company that repairs furniture.. Rooms To Go tells you that delivery can be anywhere from 7am to 10pm. Even though on a regular delivery they will give you a 4 hours window, but still tell you it could really be at any time. On top of it, i received only part of the delivery, they forgot to put one major part on the truck. The delivery person told me they will be back in about 1/2 hour. They did not come, they did not call. I had to call customer service and then had to wait... Read more

After 3 months, the bed started becoming lumpy in places. I called rooms to go and they came out not once but twice and said the same thing both times. " we have evaluated the bed and it is not defective" keep in mind, they came to this conclusion by taking a photograph of the bed. Rooms to go Delivery service (in Houston at least) is horrible. The first time they were supposed to deliver my furniture they gave me a time frame from 7 am - 10 pm. I left my house for a few minutes because I had things to do and couldn't wait around all day. I left my apartment for a few minutes and they came. purchased leather sofa ($1300) after 30 days sofa became defective, barely used. requested refund, told they would only replace with same. Unprofessional, rude, nasty and difficult to communicate with. Stay away from this company they treat their customers like garbage! pictures on taken......disgusted. Rooms To Go - Peeling Sofa and Loveseat

We had our sofa and loveseat for almost two years before the "leather" started peeling away from the fabric. The store said there was only a 1-year warranty and we were out of luck. We used the "leather conditioner" that they supplied and had to pay for but it seemed to get worse. The conditioner is like water. I purchased a set of 4 dining chairs for over $600 and paid for them in full including a delivery fee on my Discover credit card. On the scheduled day of delivery I had to call to get a delivery time. I was informed there was a 45 cent balance due before they could deliver my chairs, which would not be that day. My step-mom applied for a roomstogo credit card for me and made me the co-applicant. During the application process they asked her a million verification which she passed and we were issued a credit for $6500. I proceeded to order an entire house of furniture the same day on June 17th, 2016, which I used part of the credit card as well as my debit card for payment. We were told our furniture would be delivered between 10:00 and 2:00 but to no avail. When you call no one takes responsibility and they told me they use a 3rd party delivery service. Who wants to sit here and wait in an empty house. Five hours and counting. Read more
