They talked us into getting the bonded leather instead of the microfiber upholstery, saying the bonded leather would "last a lifetime." We spent $1500 on a couch and a love seat. Within 3 years, it flaked and peeled and came off. There are a zillion pictures of this on the internet, so it's clearly not our fault. The furniture was completely ruined. When we asked for a pro-rated refund, all... Read more

This is the absolute piece of junk sofa I unfortunately purchased from Rooms to Garbage 22 months ago. Both supports, if you can even call them that, are now broken in half. We are beyond the 1 year warrenty and reading the complaints here there seems no point to even aggravate myself trying to call someone. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again. Terrible waste of money. Read more

We bought a living room set less than a year ago from Rooms To Go. The furniture is of cheap quality. Staples coming out, cushions busting at the seams. We paid for scotch guard. And furniture is clearly not scotches guarded. They came to "fix" it several times. And the furniture is still falling apart. They will not replace the furniture, but want to keep sending techs out to try and repair it.... Read more

Sad to say Rooms to go won.. I am keeping the damaged glass table because they made it the process so difficult and exhausting. I could not *** a 5th day off from work to have the Table top exchanged. They also never credited me the $100 they promised. I am done with the rudest customer service agents that have one goal.. to be champions of rooms to go assets and not compensate or make right... Read more

My wife, daughter and I recently moved to Greenville, SC. We were in need of ,a new couch, but didn't want to pay Pottery Barn/Ethan Allen prices, we found Rooms To Go and decided to have a look. We ended up working with a really patient sales guy who showed us all kinds of options. We ended up getting a Cindy Crawford package sectional with a matching ottoman, a "TV Console", and a gift... Rooms To Go - Cindy Crawford Feather Couch
1 of 2

We purchased the Cindy Crawford, "Crosby Street" feather sectional in May of 2015. I didn't realize that I was buying a hazardous couch until the first time I sat on it in my living-room. The feathers protrude through the fabric and poke you all over. If we continue to pull out the feathers we will not have a couch to sit on soon. If you have young children, please don't buy this couch, the... Read more

We ordered a Cindy Crawford bedroom set and, within months, the drawers were breaking off the runners. It's been 3 years and only half the drawers open and close as they should. If the drawers can't hold 7-8 t-shirts, it's a problem. The furniture is ***. Add comment
