I bought two leather sofas from rooms to go Pembroke Pines, Florida show room costing $2300.00 including protection. I was told that delivery will be in 3 days and you have to be at home. I had to take a day off since I was told that delivery can be between 11 to 3. I took off and stayed home. Sofas were delivered at 1 PM. Rooms To Go - Horrible Delivery- Damage to Brand New Home

The delivery team attempted to deliver sofa ( which ended up bring the wrong one) with the legs still on it, by pushing, shoving, maneuvering and more pushing through a doorway to get into a hall which resulted in scratched up hardwoods, big 4 inch dent in Sheetrock, and the door frame being nicked up in at least 8-12 spots. couch is wearing out in six months. we purchased a leather like couch which the sales girl said is just wonderful the look and feel of leather without the high price.. I questioned her about the fact that it was a fabric and she assured me that it was scotch guarded any if you even spilled on it this wonderful stain remover would clean it right up... well six months later the couch is gross.....
