I bought a mattress at Rooms to go for $1075, less than a month the mattress started to sink in the middle, like a puddle of loose material. They did exchanged the mattress two times and still the exchange is not good. It is a shame, I spent $10,000 buying furniture that day and I am very displeased with the quality. We bought an expensive leather sofa (advertised as leather, turned out to be a blended leather material meaning there is a very small % of genuine leather). Bought a love-seat and couch. Was supposed to be brown. When they delivered the items, they were a burgundy/reddish color. I bought my son's bedroom set and the media center was damaged. The company delivered 2 replacements that were in worst condition than the original. Finally, after 2 previous attempts, I got a good replacement unit after 3 months. My ex husband left me with no furniture. I had someoney went to RTG since i never had shopped for this. Worse experience i ever had. I got a living room set and afyer one week the couch and loveseat both looked like they wrre 10 yrs old. I will never bye from then agsin. The customer service and delivery was even one star. I purchased kids bedroom and no problem with show room or the product itself, the worst delivery experience I had with any purchase, I shocked by crews attitude and it seems there is rules in regards to the people that roomstgo sending to customer's home and I will be really concerned about any future delivery even from other sellers Add comment

I purchased a Cindy Crawford couch with chaise. Nowhere did it state NO REFUNDS. The couch is made badly, has developed serious problems within a week of delivery. I called was told "no refunds." I placed an online order for over $1,000! My delivery date was set for a Friday and being that I work Mon-Fri and don't get off til 2:30 I figured I'd call and see if they have possibly set me up for an evening time. This place is out of control. Bought table and two mattresses. Delivered 1 wrong mattress and table with no parts to.put 5 days later I get right mattress but still no do not have table..wtf called customer care they are so careless of your needs. They act like its no big deal. Add comment
