Rooms To Go - Blended Leather Furniture disintegrates within the warranty and is ignored
I bought a love seat and sofa 3 years ago with blended furniture which the salesman (Chuck Jones, Augusta GA store) assured me was the new thing. The vinyl or whatever it was cracked and peeled within the warranty period. I was given maintainance pil an smile to fix it with. It became worse and finally peeled away altogether. Rooms to Go has offered me $300 in store credit to buy more defective furniture and to haul away my $1400 furniture for free.
I refused.
Rooms to Go is an unreliable outlet for furniture and does not honor its warrnty or good faith agreement. At the least, stay away from leather furniture from this merchant, and in general avoid making big purchases from this merchant.

I am having the same issue. Within two years our recliner began getting holes in it.
Now a year later, it is falling apart. Rooms to Go told us that the warranty is for spills only.
That's ***. A piece of furniture should last longer than 3 years.
