I purchases two rooms of Cindy Crawford furniture from Rooms To Go in 2008. By the fall of 2010 I had one dining room chair wood split along the side and my bedroom set television hutch wood split all the way down from the *** and one side of a running board on the bed is split.

It is not like we have a houseful of kids abusing the furniture. It only my husband and I.

I contact Rooms To Go and of course I was told it is no longer under any warranty. I am trying to find out how I can contact the Cindy Crawford Company directly to let them know how poor of quality their furniture really is!

Monetary Loss: $8000.

One word for it. Garbage.

Donโ€™t waste your money. We are on our 2nd recliner after the first one started squeaking after about two months. Iโ€™m talking ear piercing squeaks. We tried everything so they sent new chair.

Figured it was only a matter of time. Now this one has the same problem.

So annoying. What a waste of 500$$&$

I also bought a Cindy Crawford sectional with two recliners the synthetic leather is falling off the entire couch. This furniture is in our vacation home in Florida that is used 6 weeks per year.

I am sure there is a problem with the manufacturing process they should be replaced. We now have a sectional that looks like Swiss Cheese and makes our living room look like a flop house.

We furnished our whole house from Rooms to Go I don't think they sell any quality at all.

we purchased the Cindy Crawford Lincoln Park sectional. It was delivered with a tear in the dust cover on the bottom so I was able to see inside.

I was disappointed to see that there was no center support and constructed with staples, etc. but I was excited and hopeful. Sure enough, eight months later you sink so low that it's tough to get up and if two people sit on the same sofa you sort of tilt inward toward each other in the center. bummer as the sectional wasn't inexpensive.

There is a feather fill in the cushions that give it a nice, lofty, heavy cushion but the feathers come through the material constantly. Especially the back cushions and throw pillows. I must sweep and vacuum piles of feathers DAILY. The quill end of the feathers poking through feel like needles poking you so we have to keep heavy quilts on the sectional for comfort.

Some separation of seams in throw pillows and under seat cushions in the corners too.

We feel a little ripped off. It is really beautiful furniture but that's about it.

I bought a Cindy Crawford van burren living room set and 6 months later started to peel . It was very expensive so I expected Better quality .I would recommend to stay away from this particular sectional.

I'm having the same issue. Ive barely had my sofa for over a year and its a Cindy Crawford/Rooms to go piece.

The sofa is sinking and the buttons on all the back pillows have sunk into the pillow so it looks like all the buttons fell off. I weigh 128lbs. I'm not obese neither is anyone in my family.

My daughters are 11 and 8, they don't jump on couches like little kids. PEOPLE DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK FURNITURE> Yes its cheaper to pay per month but they will not last you a year and you will still be paying it.

Had our leather Couch that my Wife bought about 5 years ago, The cheap leather is coming apart. we hardly use the couch at all and to have this happen is just wrong.

Called Rooms to go and they said there was nothing they could do. found a lot of complaints for the same reason on the web.

horrible product and i would bet Cindy Crawford does not have this *** in her house. just puts her name for money on the product.

This furniture is worthless for sure and the savings are not that great. I admit I was lured in by the RTG ads and closed by a good sales person.

I should have gone to a more reputable store ...I even read the horrible reviews.. shame on RTG for *** product and shame on me for not heeding the warning.

I also ammnot happy with her furniture which I just purchased 4 months ago .

It shows well and feels good when sitting however it is not what it looks to be, comfortable which it is not ! Totally disappointed and no way to recap the 3 grand I spent

A chair that was barely used did not withstand the weight of a 175 lb man! I was less than 30 days past warranty and got no help. The Cindy Crawford furniture I bought is the worst furniture I have ever had!

Cindy Crawford furniture is worthless. I bought a sectional sofa less than 6 mos ago.

All the cushions are ripping, deformed, and losing feathers. The cheap plastic brackets to connect the two pieces together broke the first day I tried to connect them.

I will never buy her furniture again! Waste of money!!!

You don't really think Cindy Crawford has a company that's making furniture do you? I could be wrong but it seems more plausible that RTG simply uses the name of willing celebs like Cindy to help market cheap goods (to make them more appealing to simple people like you who actually believe Cindy is associated with the design and quality of any products).

Even if you did complain to Cindy she's likely too busy spending all the money she's making from the endorsement deal to care about little ol' you. Next time be less American and don't follow the hype--know you're buying cheap foreign-made *** and accept it from the get go.

Then when your 300 lb. husband splits a chair you'll already have peace of mind, kinda like the SE Asian buddhists that made the chair.

PS, if you buy a mattress you better read the fine print of the warranty. Paid $1000 for a king pillow top that is trash!

Wont replace even though its only 3 yrs old.

Has to dip lower than 2 ". Furniture is junk!!!

I bought a Cindy Crawford leather couch in March 2015. The seats now have areas where the color is coming off.

Customer service said that that's normal fading of leather. I have had leather couches for 20 years and never had a problem like this. It looks like it was just colored.

I still owe $1200 and they won't do anything about it. I will never buy from that piece of *** company again!!!
