Rooms to Go claims customer always at fault

Rooms to Go does not make good the warrenty of goods.
The quality of furniture very poor ?made in China the wood is softer than U S lumber.
Customer service is a joke and it is always caused by customer abuse without a investigation of same.
Refuses to allow customer to talk with a Officer of Corp, claims against company policy/this is a violation of Federal Regulations
Customer service refuses to listen to customer complaints.
Claims they have many Attorneys on staff and you cant win in a court.
This company should be investigated for consumer Fraud.
