ROOMS TO GO complaint
When we purchased a sealy memory foam mattress two years ago we were pleased to see that it came with a ten year warranty.A little less than 2 years later the bed began to sag noticibly. A service man came out and noted that the bed had a two inch sag and the bedding was pulling apart. He said that we could get a new mattress.At the rooms to go store we received a different story.They said out mattress had been discontinued.We were told that we would have to purchase a new mattress and the warranty was worthless. Buyer beware! Fo to a furniture store instead and save yourself the trouble.

Don't buy the extra fabric cleaning warranty. They just get your money and don't actually clean. I paid an extra $300 for the cleaning and they wouldn't even do anything to clean. They just get your money and don't provide the service. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Don't make the mistake I did.
