Purchased a
dining room table from Rooms to Go which was defective when delivered. They sent technician who worked on it for over an hour and it could not be repaired and that he would report that it should be replaced.
Customer service called and said this table had been discontinued but I could go to a store and look for a replacement. Naturally if it cost more I would have to pay the difference. What if it cost less would I get a refund of the difference or a store credit. Absolutley not. What if i could not find a satisfactory replacement would i get a store credit or refund. Again, not in this
lifetime. But I had 30 days to find something. After that it was too bad.
