I had bought four rooms of furniture from RTG in the past. I had not been there for a few years. I was looking for a
dinette set and found one. The
sales lady had no clue what she was doing! I told her I did not want
fabric protection. She took $20 off of the set to cover the
fabric protection but the protection was $10/chair so I would up paying $40 for it when I said NO! At delivery my extra two chairs were from another set? I was going to send it all back that day but the manager, Joleen, said take what is correct and we will get you two more chairs. I also informed her the chairs were not level. She said the service department would fix that. She assured me if everything was not to my satisfaction I could return the furniture. Service guy comes out and tells me the chairs are made that way and there is nothing he can do and leaves! He writes in his report it was my floor. He lied. I call Joleen and then never hear from in two weeks so I call the store. She is gone! Fired, quit who knows?? I guess I will have to fix my
own furniture. NEVER SHOP AT RTG IN BUFORD, GA!
