We purchased 2 sofas from rooms to go in 2014. Early part of 2016 we noticed the back of one corner of the dual power sofa is sagging you a few inches.

It is poor quality and RTG won't do anything about it. They would rather say it is to late rather than helping and keeping their customers. Well they have list this customer and all of my family, friends and co-workers knows and they agree with me.

So RTG you won't get their business either. Shame on you and shame on Cindy Crawford for allowing RTG not backing your products
