Got a dinning table that is poor quality. They do not have a return policy. Customer service is horrible the manager told us that they will take it for an exchange but we will need to pay another delivery. I do not recomend for anyone to waste their money at Rooms to Go in Altamonte Springs.

What in the ***? You *** work and given a delivery window and they call and the truck is down and they have no idea when it will be delivered? GET ANOTHER TRUCK! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Not to mention when they got there the whole sectional wasn't there and the color of 1 piece was wrong now I am suppose to wait to 2 weeks for the right pieces???
