the customer services is very bad,never want resolve the problem with the warranty ,denie the claim before the sent claim to the extended warranty department.

My experience with RTG has been horrible. First: I ordered a bedroom set 4 my daughter. They went to another address. 15 days after, I still don't have it. My family room came with missing pieces, the entertainment same thing, the chairs were different than what I chose. I would definitely never recommend RTG not even to my worst enemy. I am pissed as *** Please do not purchase anything at RTG

We bought a brand new bed frame in January of 2016. We moved from our apartment to a new house in November 2016. It is still under the 1 year warranty. While installation the technicians used power tools to drill the screws and damaged the threading. So when the movers came by they could not dis-assemble the bed. We brought a living room set and a bedroom suite straight out and within the two years the mattress begin to sag. They could not replace the mattress unless the sink hole was 1.5 in. So, the first tech came out, inspected it and said it was 1.5 in but the second tech said it was only 1inch. Bought a bedroom set from RTG at Pembroke Pines. GARBAGE!!!! They came to replace dresser 6 times already because the previous ones were all damaged. Offered me $60 credit on a $4,000 set. DONT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FTOM THEM. THEY SUCK, CUSTOMER SERVICE. SUCKS!!

On Nov 19th of 2016, I purchased a kids bed frame at Rooms To Go located in Brookshire, TX. I was asked to sign twice on an electronic pad. First was for "credit card payment". We purchased a Sofia Vergara Paris Champagne chest of drawers from RTG. It has been sitting in my college age daughter's bedroom for 9 months (she's not at home and was at school) and I suddenly noticed a slight discoloration on the top corner of the chest of drawers. Rooms to go furniture are built to last less than a year. The warranty says one year but customer service is trained to tell customers that the damage is normal so the don't have to replace them. Dinning chairs with split stitches, screws that's fall off, springs coming out of the sofas. My wife bought a rug that fell apart in less than two months. I bought a mattress that sagged within 6 months and it was replaced but has happened again after 6 months. I am waiting to hear what Rooms to Go will do to make this right, but after reading reviews i think i am screwed. Read more
