I purchased a LEATHER?? Power reclining sofa & loveseat, tables lamps, The whole set up. On 3/10/14 within the 1st 6mo. Noticed peeling an fading on my sofa called RTG they came out an replaced the seat cushions. Leaving the backs within the next 6 month same thing. My 1st mistake was thinking that RTG sold good high quality furniture. Second mistake not buying a extended warranty. Now that my factory coverage has expired I’m treated completely different on hold 30+ mins. Will get to you when we get to attitude. Don’t walk out with out store with out a warranty.

Rooms To Go in West End, North Carolina - Furniture and Customer Service Terrible

18 months of issues. Poor quality bedroom furniture finish....2/3 attempts for in house repair...looked worse than when they started. Another set.. different vendor...poor...even worse than the first... warped drawers, bowed tops, raw wood exposed in dents and chips, straight out of the box. Suckered into a third set, supposedly assembled at store and inspected by manager before delivery. Even worse than the set in the house. Wouldn't even let them bring it in. Their own delivery people when questioned how frequent this happened said..."All the time. We are constantly over here making more pick ups and returns than new deliveries." Needless to say refund time. They give the run around.... 7-10 days...been that and no check. They even confirmed check mailed on Monday...two days tops to get to me. Been four... no check. Be prepared for a lot of apologies and no, repeat no proactive stance or actions on their part.

Rooms To Go in Lexington, South Carolina - 2 years to get sofa repaired

Purchased 2 loveseats and 1 sofa. Reclining sofa had issue with folding mechanism. RTG sent out service tech who never ordered the part. After calling RTG they determined what had happened and ordered the part. Part came called set up install appt. Tech came out to repair only to discover the wrong item was sent. Tech ordered correct part and it has finally arrived. Now customer service won't schedule appointment because I don't have extended warranty info. A customer shouldn't have to wait almost 2 years and call begging for decent customer service from a company I spent $2500 with.

AGREE...We also spent over $2,300 on Cindy Crawford 3 piece leather (reclining sofa, console and recliner). This set has never been firm or stable and the worker (s) came out 3X times, feed us lot of bull and then wrote something total different on the service tickets.

I have not and will never recommend anyone to them. The warranty is waste of money, service terrible but the call center is helpful….

Poor customer service,hidden fees. Sales person Dwayne has no idea how finalize a transaction. Manager Rose is as useless as the sales person. Do yourself a favor and shop Overstock.com much better prices and free delivery. Rooms to Go charged me two delivery fees. Not recommended. I will never shop there again.

I ordered a daybed a week ago, and was told it would be delivered today. Okay, the guys get here and then they proceed to putting my bed together. Except rooms to go sent the right part for one side, with the holes drilled on the wrong side. Really? So the delivery guy tells me, "i can put your bed together but it just wont have the back on it." Seriously? Thanks but no thanks. "You can take it back" i told them. I didnt pay almost $400 for a partial daybed. These big companies only care about your money, not the actual customers. They think they can just throw any old stuff together, endorse it with a celebrity, and people will accept it. So now i must wait for customer service to call and let me know when i can get my bed. Which according to the rep could be just shy of 8 weeks from now. As if. If thats the case i will be getting my money back and taking my business elsewhere. Fool me once shame on you. There will be no twice. Always pray and look up reviews before dealing with these big time companies everyone. Theyre not all what theyre talked up to be.

I wish I would of looked at the reviews before buying my living room furniture. I am no longer paying on it.

I told them, come and get it. if you cant offer a better warranty then a year, that's a red flag...lessoned learned. your right, fool me once.

Rooms To Go - Furniture Review from Houston, Texas

I was not given a courtesy call, however once I was notified that the delivery truck was in the front of my home it took me less then 5 minutes to return home. I was told they waited 15 minutes in the front of my house. When we call back to get our furniture delivered they told us it would be at the end of the day. We waited all day just for us to call dispatch and they told us the furniture was on it's way back to the warehouses in Houston. We are very upset customers and will be filing a formal complaint.

I ordered a recliner and reclining sofa. The day of arrival the delivery man, before bringing in the furniture came to my door stating he was delivering damaged goods. He said I could accept them to use for now and get undamaged goods next week. I agreed. We agreed on the next Saturday and the company would be calling. I received my usual automated phone call stating that my delivery was set for the following week. When I called customer service they stated I agreed to that date. So I asked her why I would be calling to complain if I had agreed to that date. She had no answer. I told her that date was unacceptable and she said there was nothing she could do. I asked her if it were ok to have an unhappy customer and she said there was nothing she could do. I asked her if she would compensate my monetarily, she said there was nothing she could do. BTW, the chair was damaged so badly I am unable to use the reclining feature. Damaged goods. Waiting 2 weeks. No type of compensation. An, it's too bad, type of attitude.
