Rooms To Go Return Policy Review from Surfside, Florida

My God I have never been treated so bad by any company the Miami store on the palmetto have absolutely no regard on treating people with respect or compassion. Sales people just want commission. I believe that they should have the dicency to let customers know the return policy is no returns at all. They don't explain the products or their downfalls. They don't tell you that you have to brake in all mattresses the ones one display are not what they deliver to you once you except it you can't return unless it's damaged. I've even had a supervisor in customer care hang up on me her name is Ashley. And in the store the manager Robert he's very arrogant he's the one that has hung up on me. So if you go to Rooms To Go make sure you know their products are not worth what your paying your good money for.

bought recliner same problem came from Sam's warehouse it's called plether not real leather fell apart after wife sit in it worst birth daypresent she called me a cheapscap no I paid dearly but now I no real leather or fabric cloth no how ufeel

I ordered a dresser that I had to wait to get for over 1 month and as they deliver it in a box its damaged. So frustrated right now. I called customer service all she said she was sorry with no compassion. I loss 1/2 day of pay and no dresser. Now I have to wait another week before getting it

I bought a sofa, love seat and a recliner. At the showroom the service was ok, but I received a different product than I chose, to avoid the hassle I kept it. The delivery was late, the 2 guys that delivered scratched all 3 pieces because they could not handle the weight, the sad part is, I moved it with my husband around the house and it's not even heavy. I paid for insurance. The sofa is not even a month old and it's already looking old and *** I called to complain and they scheduled a tech to look at it, 2 weeks later. The tech calls me to let me know he's going to arrive between 2-6pm, I requested in the morning, he started arguing with me. He is RUDE. I don't need this king of person in my house. This is ridiculous! I don't want rooms to go anymore. I want to return it. Do yourselves a favor, stay away from rooms to go. Terrible service and very poor quality products.

Update:

Called customer service and spoke to Vanessa, she claims that there is no manager available. I really don't know how Rooms to Go is still in business. The worst customer service ever!

I ordered a living room set and was going to be complete in two deliveries. I was okay with that. However, delivery guy and call brokers failed to give me a One hour in advance courtesy call that I specifically requested that morning. I get a voicemail saying that they are at my location. I was not even 5 mins away and called back customer service. They took 8-10 mins to answer, put me on hold to speak to driver, hung up on me. I had to call back was on hold for 10 mins or more and again on hold so they can contact driver. Driver said he made his last delivery in the area and is unable to return. So now I have to wait two days to call back and reschedule delivery and wait to see what days they have available for delivery!!! Wait wait and take time off work again. Rooms to Go has made it seem that it is my fault for them not following through with their customer service. They didn't call, they placed me on hold and not quick to respond, they disconnected my phone call. People take time off to wait for their purchases and when Rooms To Go does not provide proper/excellent delivery service to us its ridiculous.!!!!!

We purchased a table with a leaf only to find out the leaf was improperly installed (it's backwards). Called Rooms to Go but since we didn't have their delivery guys install the leaf when they delivered it, we were told they weren't liable. An $800 mistake and they lost a customer.

My husband and I came in and purchased a living room set on Friday July 3rd. The manager of the North Charleston store Ed called us July 5th to inform us there was an error on their part for $50.00 and we were to pay or cancel the furniture. So Rooms To Go would rather cancel a sale than come out of pocket $50.00?????? Better Yet take it out of the sales persons commission. We paid cash for the sale and of course we either have to go back and have them put the amount on our card or wait 2 weeks for a check. Mr. Ed deserves to lose his job and if this is how Rooms To Go operates you deserve to go out of business. This is the 2nd time Rooms To Go has screwed us over, we decided to give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

i purchased a leather sectional, thought I paid for delivery, however, don't recall seeing I had to move the old furniture in the fine print. Since I was out of town, my mom took the delivery and the crew spoke Spanish the entire time. they left the furniture in my downstairs... all three pieces in two rooms. No papers, no reciepts, nothing. Trying to call Rtg headquarters for resolution ...impossible. I will NEVER buy anything there again. So now I have to hire a company to come move this furniture, and no refund yet on my delivery fee from RTG...rip off.

Rooms To Go in Richardson, Texas - Delivery Service

Delivery truck did not even go to the condo building to delivery my furniture yesterday and I have been on the phone for over 3 hours trying to get someone to re-deliver. All I am getting is excuses why they cannot redeliver today or tomorrow. In fact they want me to wait until next Wednesday. That will be over 10 days since I purchased the pieces. I have talked to several service managers and none of them have the authority to do anything. In fact each and every person I have talked to at Rooms to Go say the thing "I'm sorry we cannot do that". It sounds like a mantra. Who can I call that is in upper management that has power.
