Poor customer service,hidden fees. Sales person Dwayne has no idea how finalize a transaction. Manager Rose is as useless as the sales person. Do yourself a favor and shop Overstock.com much better prices and free delivery. Rooms to Go charged me two delivery fees. Not recommended. I will never shop there again.

Rooms To Go - Daybed Review from Jacksonville, Florida

I ordered a daybed a week ago, and was told it would be delivered today. Okay, the guys get here and then they proceed to putting my bed together. Except rooms to go sent the right part for one side, with the holes drilled on the wrong side. Really? So the delivery guy tells me, "i can put your bed together but it just wont have the back on it." Seriously? Thanks but no thanks. "You can take it back" i told them. I didnt pay almost $400 for a partial daybed. These big companies only care about your money, not the actual customers. They think they can just throw any old stuff together, endorse it with a celebrity, and people will accept it. So now i must wait for customer service to call and let me know when i can get my bed. Which according to the rep could be just shy of 8 weeks from now. As if. If thats the case i will be getting my money back and taking my business elsewhere. Fool me once shame on you. There will be no twice. Always pray and look up reviews before dealing with these big time companies everyone. Theyre not all what theyre talked up to be.

I wish I would of looked at the reviews before buying my living room furniture. I am no longer paying on it.

I told them, come and get it. if you cant offer a better warranty then a year, that's a red flag...lessoned learned. your right, fool me once.

Rooms To Go - Furniture Review from Houston, Texas

I was not given a courtesy call, however once I was notified that the delivery truck was in the front of my home it took me less then 5 minutes to return home. I was told they waited 15 minutes in the front of my house. When we call back to get our furniture delivered they told us it would be at the end of the day. We waited all day just for us to call dispatch and they told us the furniture was on it's way back to the warehouses in Houston. We are very upset customers and will be filing a formal complaint.

Rooms To Go in Duluth, Georgia - Damaged goods unacceptable replacement date

I ordered a recliner and reclining sofa. The day of arrival the delivery man, before bringing in the furniture came to my door stating he was delivering damaged goods. He said I could accept them to use for now and get undamaged goods next week. I agreed. We agreed on the next Saturday and the company would be calling. I received my usual automated phone call stating that my delivery was set for the following week. When I called customer service they stated I agreed to that date. So I asked her why I would be calling to complain if I had agreed to that date. She had no answer. I told her that date was unacceptable and she said there was nothing she could do. I asked her if it were ok to have an unhappy customer and she said there was nothing she could do. I asked her if she would compensate my monetarily, she said there was nothing she could do. BTW, the chair was damaged so badly I am unable to use the reclining feature. Damaged goods. Waiting 2 weeks. No type of compensation. An, it's too bad, type of attitude.

Rooms To Go Return Policy Review from Surfside, Florida

My God I have never been treated so bad by any company the Miami store on the palmetto have absolutely no regard on treating people with respect or compassion. Sales people just want commission. I believe that they should have the dicency to let customers know the return policy is no returns at all. They don't explain the products or their downfalls. They don't tell you that you have to brake in all mattresses the ones one display are not what they deliver to you once you except it you can't return unless it's damaged. I've even had a supervisor in customer care hang up on me her name is Ashley. And in the store the manager Robert he's very arrogant he's the one that has hung up on me. So if you go to Rooms To Go make sure you know their products are not worth what your paying your good money for.

I bought a sofa, love seat and a recliner. At the showroom the service was ok, but I received a different product than I chose, to avoid the hassle I kept it. The delivery was late, the 2 guys that delivered scratched all 3 pieces because they could not handle the weight, the sad part is, I moved it with my husband around the house and it's not even heavy. I paid for insurance. The sofa is not even a month old and it's already looking old and *** I called to complain and they scheduled a tech to look at it, 2 weeks later. The tech calls me to let me know he's going to arrive between 2-6pm, I requested in the morning, he started arguing with me. He is RUDE. I don't need this king of person in my house. This is ridiculous! I don't want rooms to go anymore. I want to return it. Do yourselves a favor, stay away from rooms to go. Terrible service and very poor quality products.

Update:

Called customer service and spoke to Vanessa, she claims that there is no manager available. I really don't know how Rooms to Go is still in business. The worst customer service ever!

I ordered a living room set and was going to be complete in two deliveries. I was okay with that. However, delivery guy and call brokers failed to give me a One hour in advance courtesy call that I specifically requested that morning. I get a voicemail saying that they are at my location. I was not even 5 mins away and called back customer service. They took 8-10 mins to answer, put me on hold to speak to driver, hung up on me. I had to call back was on hold for 10 mins or more and again on hold so they can contact driver. Driver said he made his last delivery in the area and is unable to return. So now I have to wait two days to call back and reschedule delivery and wait to see what days they have available for delivery!!! Wait wait and take time off work again. Rooms to Go has made it seem that it is my fault for them not following through with their customer service. They didn't call, they placed me on hold and not quick to respond, they disconnected my phone call. People take time off to wait for their purchases and when Rooms To Go does not provide proper/excellent delivery service to us its ridiculous.!!!!!
