first off, this is the first time I've actually posted comments online like this. About 2 months ago, I purchased a kind sized bedroom set and got the expensive upgrade to the kind that could raise and lower the head and feet. When it was delivered they were unable to connect the controls properly. A tech has been out twice since and it still doesn't work as they told me it would. Customer service has been less than helpful and they don't contact you to tell you what's going on. And to add insult to injury they won't take it back!!!! I'll never buy any rooms to go furniture again!

Had the same issue with Rooms to go I paid $4000 for a "Leather living room set" I though I was clear from the beginning when o told them I wanted "leather" I didn't get the warranty cause if they are real leather they won't break easily. So after a year all my sofas where gone no leather left everything was fabric or bonded leather who knows. I bought this sofa in late March 2015. It is in my study so it is rarely sat upon. That room we use the desk computer more than anything. We found a stain on it, I think our cat must have done it. (not sure) We also had the $75 Scotchguard treatment. The stain will NOT come out. I first used the Rooms to go *** cleaner they gave me which did not work. I then tried carpet cleaner, fabric pre-treater with hydrogen peroxide, even Dawn dish washing liquid,nothing got it out. When I called Roomstogo and complained and to ask if I can have replacement seat cushions (it is June 2015 so I am still under the 90 day mark) I was informed the Scotchguard treatment only covers food.I am so sorry I made this $900 mistake. I will never buy anything form Roomstogo again.

My wife and I purchased a bedroom chest for the amount of approximately $450. Chest is still under warranty at the time of this writing. The front right leg area began to split from the floor up the front façade. I repairman came out to fix it. It was repairable. He suggested to replace the unit. Perfect. RTG rep called me and said they would replace the unit. Perfect. I suggested he make sure they had one available. Oppppps, they had none and in fact the item was no longer in their inventory. The solution was to offer us a lousy $50 off the remaining balance of the purchase. Before my warranty was up the item was obsolete already. They were willing to replace the $450 unit, but since they no longer carry the item the best they could do is offer a $50 payment on my balance. What a bloody scam. I would suggest to ANYONE thinking of buying from Rooms to Go, walk right on by and look else ware. One of the worst companies I have ever purchased from. You could do better going to unclaimed freight or some other discount furniture store. At least you get what you paid for. L. Seymour

You are lucky they agreed to refund your money at all. Those scammers deliver damaged or defective furniture and then claim a no returns policy. Total crooks.

Rooms to go is horrible

I ordered furniture from this company and TWICE I tried to have it delivered. Both were no shows. And when I called their customer service department, they were extremely rude, incompetent reps. I was told my furniture was on the way at 8:30pm...when no one came, I called and they were closed. I was never given a 4 hour time frame (as I was told), so I had waited around from 7am-10pm. this has not only happened ONE time but TWO. I will never do business with this horrible company again. Not that they care.... they're customer service reps need to be given a lesson on how to handle CUSTOMERS. They acted as if I was bothering them by inquiring about my furniture. One woman told me I needed to get a Uhual truck and meet the driver if I wanted my furniture..... Never again...
