Terrible place. You dont realize how cheap the furniture is until youve had it a few months. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR INSURANCE/WARRANTY either. Threw away money on that too. Called them for cleaning and replacement on their *** only to be told nope, not covered sorry when we were told it was. Worst of all: spent $2700 on a mattress that we slept on ONE NIGHT with protective liner might I add and both my husband and I woke up with sore bodies the next day. Return policy on something we haven't had more than 24 hours? Sorry, it's yours. Feel absolutely taken advantage of.

Shopped @ RTG outlet in Altamonte on 5/23/2015 saw a king size Dumont bed & talked to the manager Robert. He told me he could not reduce the price from $1098.I went to the showroom & priced the same bed in Altamonte & Kissmmee, there price was $1100.00. Robert persistent in selling the severely damaged and scratched bed for $1098. I told him a brand new one was only $2.00 more. The clearance center should be happy to sell anything because most of their furniture is beat up.I told him I would go to American Signature were their prices are better & cheaper & the salespeople are very nice and helpful.

WORST COMPANY EVER. They make you pay an outrageous amount for delivery and they cant even guarantee you a delivery time when someone is home!!! I specifically told them when I purchased my furniture that no one is home from 2-6 and she said that's fine we deliver all day from 7am-10pm and then I get a text 2 days before delivery that they'll be there from 2-6. Called to complained to the customer service department and Ms. Pat Dean the Supervisor was very rude and disrespectful she contradicted every thing she said and told me that if I moved my delivery date she could put my request in and accommodate me...why cant you do that for the already scheduled day? She couldn't answer the question...why charge customers delivery fees if you cant deliver it while the customer is at home or grant a decent delivery time. I will never spend my hard earned money at rooms to go again. They don't even offer to deliver the furniture to the store either pay for delivery or drive to Slidell to the warehouse! I should've driven to Slidell then to deal with this rude company. Do not waste your time or money!!!!!! Giving one star is far too nice!!!!

Rooms To Go in San Antonio, Texas - Smelly Couches & Broken Pieces

We purchased two couches and an entertainment console. The couches smell like a chemical smell that you cannot even sit on without gagging - doesn't make it better that I'm pregnant and the smell is likely harmful. With many calls and much cussing - they are being replaced. It took 2.5 months to receive the console and then it arrived BROKEN. Their delivery system is garbage. They give you a 4 hour window on a weekday of when the furniture will be delivered (like people have 4 hours to *** work and sit at home) Currently scheduling 5th delivery - still don't have everything.

(Florida)...My grandmother has been complaining to rooms 2 go within one year of purchase. The sofa bed has a piece of wood on arm rest which makes it uncomfortable. My grandmother has to put a pillow against it so that its not uncomfortable. The bedroom mattress sinks when she sits on it. She advised the when she tried them on the floor at the store they were perfect. She stated that she noticed the difference when they were delivered. She complained so much that they finally sent a rep. To her house. She asvised rep barely entered the house just looked at them and just left. She Continued to argue with customer care and a few mothns later they sent the same guy as before except this time i was there. The guy took measurements of the bedroom mattress (which my grandmother advised they did not due last time ). The man named mike stated that the mattress was 1 and 1/4 inch below the average. He advised that he would document in report. He then stated that he would take pictures of the sofa bed but can not sit nor touch it?? He was explained that the picture would not show the feel of the wood. Mike advised that he will document the complaints. Today my grandmother spoke with rooms to go customer service and they advised that on the report it indicated everything was correct and had no issues. They lied to me and my grandmother to our faces. Rooms 2 go took advantage of my elderly grandmother in which she is still having to make payments for something that she was tricked into buying. I demand for something to happen or i will be making contact with the Better Business Bureau. This is just not right!

Rooms to Go gets *** in customer service, doesn't return items despite warranty

PLease please please do not buy from this place. I bought a VERY expensive leather sofa and a lamp from them. It took forever for the delivery. A few months later, I tilted the lamp (as it is supposed to do) and it crumbled in my hands. It is plastic painted with a metallic finish. And yes there is a year warranty, but Rooms to Go has to send a representative out to your home to ASSESS the item. Furthermore, you are required to wait and hear the day before the time and day of the appointment. As I could not be there because I HAVE A JOB DURING THE WINDOW OF TIME THEY RANDOMLY chose, I called to rescedule. Guess what? You can see a rep a week later but we can't give you the time UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. If I had purchased anywhere else, I wouldn't have a crumpled lamp in the corner of my bedroom right now.

After waiting three weeks for a new light, RTG delivered another defective lamp. Several phone calls, no resolution yet.

PLEASE never buy from this place. It is a nightmare

Rtg has the worst customer care, hands down. They sell you defective products at inflated prices and have a no returns policy.

Next time, just buy from Walmart. Same quality, for cheaper, and can be returned within 90 days.

It's better to spend more at El Dorado furniture or Ashley do not go to rooms to go. If you ask for leather they'll give you this. Definitely this is not leather. I will sue you for sure cause I'm not gonna let you stay with my money.
