(Florida)...My grandmother has been complaining to rooms 2 go within one year of purchase. The sofa bed has a piece of wood on arm rest which makes it uncomfortable. My grandmother has to put a pillow against it so that its not uncomfortable. The bedroom mattress sinks when she sits on it. She advised the when she tried them on the floor at the store they were perfect. She stated that she noticed the difference when they were delivered. She complained so much that they finally sent a rep. To her house. She asvised rep barely entered the house just looked at them and just left. She Continued to argue with customer care and a few mothns later they sent the same guy as before except this time i was there. The guy took measurements of the bedroom mattress (which my grandmother advised they did not due last time ). The man named mike stated that the mattress was 1 and 1/4 inch below the average. He advised that he would document in report. He then stated that he would take pictures of the sofa bed but can not sit nor touch it?? He was explained that the picture would not show the feel of the wood. Mike advised that he will document the complaints. Today my grandmother spoke with rooms to go customer service and they advised that on the report it indicated everything was correct and had no issues. They lied to me and my grandmother to our faces. Rooms 2 go took advantage of my elderly grandmother in which she is still having to make payments for something that she was tricked into buying. I demand for something to happen or i will be making contact with the Better Business Bureau. This is just not right!

Rooms to Go gets *** in customer service, doesn't return items despite warranty

PLease please please do not buy from this place. I bought a VERY expensive leather sofa and a lamp from them. It took forever for the delivery. A few months later, I tilted the lamp (as it is supposed to do) and it crumbled in my hands. It is plastic painted with a metallic finish. And yes there is a year warranty, but Rooms to Go has to send a representative out to your home to ASSESS the item. Furthermore, you are required to wait and hear the day before the time and day of the appointment. As I could not be there because I HAVE A JOB DURING THE WINDOW OF TIME THEY RANDOMLY chose, I called to rescedule. Guess what? You can see a rep a week later but we can't give you the time UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. If I had purchased anywhere else, I wouldn't have a crumpled lamp in the corner of my bedroom right now.

After waiting three weeks for a new light, RTG delivered another defective lamp. Several phone calls, no resolution yet.

PLEASE never buy from this place. It is a nightmare

Rtg has the worst customer care, hands down. They sell you defective products at inflated prices and have a no returns policy.

Next time, just buy from Walmart. Same quality, for cheaper, and can be returned within 90 days.

They have the poorest delivery service, the poorest customer service reps, never ever accommodating! It would take me forever to explain ALL the details surrounding my purchases! I wish I could have them pick up every piece I ever bought from them!

It's better to spend more at El Dorado furniture or Ashley do not go to rooms to go. If you ask for leather they'll give you this. Definitely this is not leather. I will sue you for sure cause I'm not gonna let you stay with my money.

When our daughters armoire and bed were delivered (by two men , I must add), they refused to carry the armoire up the stairs. We could either refuse the entire shipment or wait for another 3rd delivery driver on a different date. We chose to decline the entire shipment (to wait for another date), because RTG has a no-return policy. When a new driver DID come out, with the 2nd shipment, ONE skinny little delivery driver hauled that armoire up the stairs by himself without complaint. Lazy-a$$ed, lying bums on the original delivery! And VERY poor customer service on RTG store end... Constantly passing the buck and taking NO responsibility whatsoever!

Wentbin with my family. Advisd sales rep what i was look for,ask specific questions as far as stains protection for white leather sectional. Was advised cover pet stains,ink,die from jeans ect. Thinking im in a quality store i didnt second question it. Paid for the insurance. I was very clear i had small children who happen to be with me. And why it was so important to find something child friendly or going out on a limb it was important to know before i purchase white furniture it would be covered. Well guess what my 1 year had at it with a pen. Call cs they say food and beverage only WTF!! And because the lady doesnt wrk thr anymore. Sorry....pissed waiting on call to corporate. Will file at small claims court. They should make you intial the insurance so it wnt *** you in the butt later by lying sales person. Out for commision at your expense.

I will never buy from rooms to go ever in my life. My furniture didn't last a year. My leather couch has turned colors. My beautiful Dining room set are in pieces day by day. I sent in pictures they didn't do anything about it. I told them it's ok don't worry about me as a custom again. They said ok. I keep my furniture for long periods of time. People use to tell me a long time of go, don't buy from rooms to go. They never told me why I know the answer now. This is some cheap stuff. Never never again

We bought a beautiful dinette and sofa table-just what I wanted. They were delivered and "set up". The dinette was assembled but their idea of setting up the table was setting it up against the wall in a box in pieces. Next day, sat in the chair and it was so lopsided and another was making screeching noises when you leaned back in it. (they were supposed to lean back and had castors) We called customer service but I really don't even know WHY they have a customer service number. Man came a week later, said there was nothing wrong, it's supposed to lean to one side, they'd call me in a couple of days. No call. Two weeks later when 2 pieces of the set fell off on the floor and ALL the chairs had issues I called and she said the tech said he fixed the chair and closed the case. Next guy comes to look, same thing- they're supposed to squeal and lean to one side he said. Squirted grease on one-sounded better. I asked him to spray the rest and he said he didn't hear the noise so he wasn't going to spray them. Really? I guess I just had them come TWICE because I like to waste days just hanging around waiting for them to show up. I should have read these reviews BEFORE I bought the furniture. We spent over $1000 and the only nice thing was our sales lady. They have NO cust. service and both guys that came were rude and abrupt.
