We purchased the Cindy Crawford design sofa in Feb 2015. So far we have had the couch replace once and they sent a repair person over to fix it and yet again it's broken (3 days later). The bottom keeps giving out. I want told they they will not give a refund once items deliver! However will keep fixing it! This item is the biggest piece of *** I've ever owned! Stay away!!!!

I bought a leather living room set an 1 year an a half later the foam of the sofa got very soft an there is *** in the back of of the chair and in the place we're you seat. Costumer service responded that the guarantee is over and they can not do any thing for it so my sofa is disposable

Rooms to go has the worst customer service..once you buy its goodbye. after we received our purchase it was cracked and chipped. We excepted it and we're told it would be replaced on Wednesday . We waited all day called several times and no replacement..we were told to reschedule . My advice is not to except any damaged furniture . You may never see them again. I can so relate to all these complaints. I called the corporate office with no return call..I waited all day with no one showing up. I received damaged furniture . I called the store and was lyed to. Shop elsewhere save yourself from writing your terrible experience on this site because you shopped at rooms to go..

I ordered a sofa with accent pillows and a chair with upholstery that matched the pillows. Upon delivery, one of the pillows was stained/dirty. The delivery guy said he'd make a note of it and we'd be contacted. Did not happen. Called Customer Service. They said they would send someone out to look at it, we could schedule a weekday during regular business hours, i.e. I would have to take time off work to handle their poor quality control. We suggested they ship a new pillow to the store and we would pick it up...no, they won't. Suggested they ship one to our apt. Can't do, have to be home to sign for it. We can't even get through to a manager to discuss it, when you ask for a supervisor they put you on hold indefinitely. This purchase was for $1200, so not a petty thing.

I agree with you . I'm having the same problems except they damaged my furniture upon delivery and the comment the only comment I got from driver was they will replace no sorry no thank you 3000 in furniture and they damaged 3 of 4 pieces delivered

I ordered a pull out sofa bed. I had to pay extra for an incredibly poor quality mattress. For the amount paid, I could have bought a memory foam. From the first day, it sagged in the middle. I paid extra for "stain prevention." I paid extra for coverage if it sagged. They cannot find this. I called customer service. They are "sorry." The sofa is lovely. I have had it about 3 months, the cushions are flattened, (we are not obese, and have no children at home). We have a piece of plywood under the cushions of my 1000 couch so you can sit on it.

Rooms To Go in Orlando, Florida - Bedroom set delivered all broken

I purchased bedroom set to be delivered 1 April 2015, but only thing not broken was the bed, out of 5 pieces. The earliest delivery date was 30 April 2015. This was not be bad, but I sold entire bedroom set before moving. I still have stuff I cannot put away until furniture is delivered. Customer Service was useless. I will never purchase from there again.. My wife is cool about it, but where has customer service gone in America. waiting a month for a replacement is crazy. I would like to get the owner's personnel email and let him aware of this problem

Bought Bedroom set [KING] with matress & box springs slept on for less than 2 months slates brake [cheap *** wood] they come out replace with metal but matress & box springs damaged from broken slates. Called asked to come to store for re-choice we decide to up grade $800 , better set , delivery was for today &all they have on truck are the box springs & they are suppose to pick-up the matress & box spring set . WHAT THE *** ARE WE TO SLEEP ON THE BOX SPRINGS. DOES ANY HAVE A BRAIN AT THESE PLACES?????? Had to reject the order & who knows when they'll get it right but come Monday morning some body will get a ear FULL.
