I bought a bed $4000 adjustable bed they sent the wrong mattress 3 times to begin with then the bed broke twice within the 1st month it took months for them to replace it the last times I went in and blew up they gave me a credit in store I like a *** bought something else a round leather chair. Didnt realize till a year After fighting with them that the chair in the store had several casters under it to make it stable and turn like it should the one I got had a thin pipe pedestal it sat on which broke twice and was missing bolts the first time and broke. The final straw they del. it and the leather was not on right the guy said its because of shipping it will settle. It wasnt even on the arm correctly. It took them a year total between ea. couple of months back order on it not to mention the weeks for the tech to come and look at it and that guy was a joke he weighed around 400 lbs and barley fit in my home never really looked at the problems he was in and out in 3 mins ea. time walked in looked at it yep its broke It will have to be replaced. I told them i wanted my money back they said sorry we dont do that! But you can spend more money on something better so I spend more upgrading to a leather recliner and it took 3 months to del. the second time I get up (not sit down) something in the back pops loud and now its broke wth DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They do not sell the floor furniture at all I wonder why because it is reinforced and built better for show and their product is ***!!!

We wasted over two hours driving to a RTG store ( the distribution center in Houston) to buy a recliner we saw on their web site. The salesman showed us the chair and we agreed to but it. Then he insisted we give him two phone numbers, and we refused. He began whining that it would be needed incase there were delivery problems. We told him we were going to pick it up ourselves as we brought a truck, so agreed to sell it but then said it was not in stock for pick up and would be a month before it was available. Complete waste of a morning,

Rooms To Go in Camden, South Carolina - Poor Rug Cut Quality

We purchased a 7x10 rug @ RTG about four weeks ago. It was delivered last week. This was NOT a cheap rug; I think the price was around $300. When the rug got here, and was rolled out, I noticed the edges were not straight. Granted, they're close, but you'd think when you pay that much for a rug, the edges would be straight as an arrow. In all honesty, it looked like a handicapped chimpanzee on Ritalin used a defective razor knife to cut this rug out of a bigger swath of carpet material. From what I've read, it's not worth my trouble to complain. Lesson learned.

Happens all the time at our location in Sarasota. I am so frustrated with upper management continually turning a blind eye to to this problem.

And then we are subjected to our "weakly pep talk" from a regional manager who droans on and on about the fact that we have the best delivery personnel. This company is on the same path as Levitz, Helig-Meyers and Rhodes.

Got a microfiber dual electric recliner sofa and a love seat from you on March 9, 2013. As of this time since the cushions are all out of shape, flat, and you can feel the springs in them. Also the stains in this 2 pieces of furniture won't come off. I was never given the special cleaner that I was supposed to be given at the time of purchase at your store per your ForceField Exclusive Fabric Protection 3 year Warranty Certificate that I was given with my purchase receipt. It is obvious that this furniture was never professional treated before delivery as it states on the warranty paper. If I would have been given the cleaner I would have been able to get all the stains off as they occur. When contacted you via email at TellUs@roomstogo.com about this problem a technician was scheduled to come to inspect it. When he came he took pictures of it and was told will hear from you in 3 to 5 business days. Your response to this was: " Set overall soiled and requires professional cleaning. Once this has been done to give you a call to schedule a technician again to re-apply the bond. " I replied back asking about the cushions and comfort of the set in which I received a replied telling me that I never told you about this. I replied again sending you my original email to you so you can see this is not true. I received another response telling me that it didn't matter since nothing it can be done until I get it professional cleaned. I contacted you again via email and told you that it will cost me hundreds to have this done. I received another response telling me that until I get the furniture professionally cleaned nothing could be done. All this emails were replied by Ashley and Melissa. It clearly shows you don't care and you are not willing to solve the problem at your expense but at my expense. And only thing you are doing is reapplying the bond. Nothing about the condition of the cushions. I also called your customer service department and I was told a different story. Was told that there was nothing you can do about the cushions/comfort of the set because is no longer under the manufacturer's warranty. This all clearly shows that you sell very low quality furniture and is not worth it. I had furniture in the past that I have purchased from other places and have lasted years with no problems. This is not the first time I purchased furniture from you but it will be my last. As told you in my emails I will be posting my experience with Rooms To Go in any sources I can find to let everyone else know to be careful about buying things from you and better not to and buy it somewhere else !

I purchased a faux leather sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman from Rooms to Go in the Keller/Fort Worth area in November 29, 2013. At that time, I purchased the leather guarantee/warranty on all pieces. After delivery I received a call from Rooms to Go and purchased an extended service agreement for furniture & upholstery. Under the 1yr warranty, I had the sofa repaired twice as the base of the product, which was held together with staples began to come apart. The product was repaired but I had to jump through some customer service hoops to accomplish this feat. Fast forward to February 2015, I notice a small area on my couch where it appeared that a small area had peeled off. Upon my inspection, it was not *** but was a small jagged shaped area where the surface of the arm of the couch was no longer present. I confirmed no residue or sign of scratches or other damage to the area. I contacted the customer and service and the warranty company and obtained authorization for a repair. When the repair man came to inspect the loveseat, I inquired about his findings. He indicated that it did not appear to be a cut, was not *** and stated that there was no evidence of damage on my family’s part. However, I received a subsequent call from Rooms to Go customer service indicating the warranty company declined the claim and contact them. When I called the warranty company, I was told that the service person stated that area that peeled was the result of accidental damage by my family. This is a complete contradiction of his onsite findings. I'm a good customer with a open credit line that will need additional furniture. Ask yourself why should I purchase more products and service from you based on my overall experience. I'm not asking for much. I just want the product I am paying for to be repaired or replaced.

Rooms To Go - Dining Room Set Review from Clermont, Florida

We purchase a dinning room set paid in full on November 29, 2014 delivered on February 24, 2015 broken company could have cared less return back on March 2, 2015 they picked it up held our money hostage for 15 day after 6 calls and 4 store visits money was finally refunded back to our credit card account but they decided to keep $128.27 for the trouble I will never enter there store again they are no more then a common THEIF you would be CRAZY to shop there
