Living Room Set Review

My ex husband left me with no furniture. I had someoney went to RTG since i never had shopped for this. Worse experience i ever had. I got a living room set and afyer one week the couch and loveseat both looked like they wrre 10 yrs old. I will never bye from then agsin. The customer service and delivery was even one star.

I purchased kids bedroom and no problem with show room or the product itself, the worst delivery experience I had with any purchase, I shocked by crews attitude and it seems there is rules in regards to the people that roomstgo sending to customer's home and I will be really concerned about any future delivery even from other sellers

I purchased a Cindy Crawford couch with chaise. Nowhere did it state NO REFUNDS. The couch is made badly, has developed serious problems within a week of delivery. I called was told "no refunds." Sending another, but the defects are from poor design,will continue. The people I spoke to were unhelpful, became nasty. The No Refunds policy was finally found on the back of the sales slip by a young person. To me it was blank--at first he thought so too. Then he detected a pattern in the palest shade of gray. He found 'no refunds' with a magnifying glass! Ms. Crawford should be made aware of the many negative posts about this furniture sold under her name.

I love to read these *** reviews! You were told how delivery works, but you want it ALL your way.

State Farm doesn't deliver a single item. Unless you count the monthly bill, lol. Don't you think the whole world would like delivery of large items after work hours? Big *** trucks driving around during rush hour traffic to deliver everything at the same time!

You think these guys work for Santa Clause??? Customers are the rudest people...

This place is out of control. Bought table and two mattresses. Delivered 1 wrong mattress and table with no parts to.put 5 days later I get right mattress but still no do not have table..wtf called customer care they are so careless of your needs. They act like its no big deal.

Im really sorry to hear that you feel this way. As the TV's are distributed through Best Buy we do not carry these items in stock.

The voucher explains what the customer is able to purchase and pick out when they go into Best Buy. We apologize for any disappointment that this has caused.

Rooms To Go in Hermitage, Tennessee - Worst customer service ever!!!

I purchased an entertainment center and twice the center console was delivered damaged. It is scheduled for a third delivery (in another 2 weeks). My call to customer service and to the Gallatin Rd. store in Nashville were both treated in a ho hum manner. I will personally never make another purchase at Rooms To Go. After they get your money, they don't care what happens. I offered to keep the damaged unit if they would refund $200. That would have saved everyone time and money. The most customer service would do is $100. I refused. We'll see what happens with the third delivery.
