DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ROOM STORE. I was planning to buy living room and bedroom furniture but luckily I did not and only bought 2 night stands to start with and they came broken. I wanted to return them but they told me that I should not have accepted the delivery but their delivery driver left the furniture by lying that he has to leave furniture even if I wanted to return but that was not the he wanted to left furniture to make sure I keep it for 48 hours so after that these frauds could change %20 fee if I wanted to return it. Now I am stuck with *** furniture because their return policy doesn’t make any sense and does not count situations like when the furniture was delivered damaged to begin with.

Rooms To Go - Delivery and Purchase

Delivery drivers were suppose to call us before they arrived to deliver. They called us when they arrived, my husband went to the door and told them just a minute. They walked away and left. Husband made several attempts to call them back and they never picked up the call. They took the couch and loveseat and a set of tables back to the warehouse. They said we had to wait another 3 days to reschedule. In the mean time they sold the loveseat. The loveseat was sold to us how could they sell it when we bought it. Now its on back order for another month.

Rooms To Go in Raleigh, North Carolina - Poorly construction dresser.

we bought a bedroom set and a dinning room set from rooms to go. we did not notice until recently that the dresser draw is falling on top of the other ones. we have had the set 21/2 years but when we took the draw out saw that screws have split the wood in a area that support the upper draws, as time goes on the weight is making it worse. we called the store and they said your warrantee is up we can't help you. very poor service. since we have bought all our furniture from there. we offer to pay to have a tech come out and they still would not help.

Please do not buy their expensive warranty. I purchased a bonded leather couch love seat etc, was told warranty covers" everything"by salesman. Come to find out it only covers stains. Lied to and cheated by the store in New port Richey fl. We work hard for our money, this is not God customer service, store manager was nit helpful either. Shop elsewhere, buyer beware!!

I wish I'd seen this site before I made a purchase from RTG. My Cindy Crawford Beach Denim sleeper sofa, chair, and ottoman are all broken down after less than two years. I got a complaint from a guest at my condo rental thirteen months after purchase that the set looked all worn out already. Called "customer disservice" and was told the warranty was void because it was a rental and "got heavier use" than in the home. Right. A unit that sits empty part of every year is more heavily used. I would never buy from this company again nor would I recommend anyone else do so.

Both my friend and myself have the same exact problem of complete falling apart of the leather sofas. She bought it only because she loved mine and now we are both stuck with junk sofas.

These were barely sat in and should have never been peeling like this. Clearly a major defect they are covering up and not taking care of customers. This happened to my leather stools as well quite possibly the same manufacturer. We were going to head back where we purchased the sets at the Perimeter mall Atlanta GA locations to see what they will do.

I spent a lot of money beyond sofas and expect a quality product not junk that peels. Warming to anyone to stay away from rooms to go anything leather as you will regret it.

Only 1/2 of my sectional arrived! I had to wait for over 30 days for the arrival of a 2pc sectional. All kinds of calls to let me know they would be coming. But no phone calls regarding the fact they only had half of sectional. No one called to tell me that. When I called they told me it would be another 2 weeks. No customer service! I finally had to call them and complain. Finally got other half in a few days. They don't care!!
