We decided that we wanted to replace a bunch of furniture throughout the house and decided to come to this store after Thanksgiving, and take advantage of their no interest deals. We purchased a couch and three new beds. Of course delivery was three weeks later, which was a little long, but understandable. When the time came for delivery to be scheduled, we were greeted by a snippy and rude CSR who wanted to schedule our delivery but would not make any notes about special call instructions as we would be away from the house but not far away. Then, upon delivery, one of the beds was broken, and like another reviewer before me they just left the pile of junk sitting in my daughter's room as we waited "a couple of days" for replacement pieces to come. That couple of days turned into a phone call from another rude CSR who informed us it would be after Christmas before it would get to us. We were able to throw enough of a fit to get it changed to the 19th. On the 19th, they were there with the replacement pieces and of course now they find ANOTHER piece was missing and the bed still couldn't be put together. Of course I was angry and demanded the bed be put together by no later than the 20th. They have given me the run around, constantly promising that someone will call me back. I strongly suggest that unless the purchase is something simple like a lamp, to avoid this *** business for anything else. It has been a nightmare experience and I'd never suggest taking a chance to anyone else.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They have the worst customer service. Our experience is as follows... We bought a tv stand on 12-14 it was delivered on 12-18. The piece was delivered damaged (no surprise based on reviews). The delivery man told me it would be exchanged probably on Saturday (2 days later). Ok no problem and he left the damaged piece in the middle of my living room. Since it is damaged I was not about to unhook all of our electronic equipment from the piece of furniture it was replacing. I get a phone call the next day after delivery telling me sorry the next available delivery date would be "the 21st". "Ok" I said and as she was about to hang up she said, "they will call you a few days before delivery in January"... Wait, What??? I said, "January?" she said, "yes the 21st of January." OVER A MONTH LATER!!! Needless to say I went ballistic. Making sure to tell me they were doing this to bend over backwards to accommodate me I now have the option of waiting ALL DAY for it to be delivered on December 31st. What a joke. Had I known that it would have taken that long to get an exchange I would have never let the delivery man leave it in the middle of my living room next to our Christmas tree (It is over 6 Feet wide). Now I get to enjoy this broken piece of furniture and maneuver around it all throughout the holidays. Oh and beware there is no refund policy as I told them to come pick it up and keep it, I want a refund. Nope they will exchange it but all sales are final. What a joke. Worst customer service ever! I asked for my delivery fee to be refunded and she said, "no sorry since the item was delivered we cannot refund the fee." She offered a $25 merchandise credit. I said, "do you honestly think I would ever spend another nickle in your store?" And to top it all off if I purchased a new piece, same exact item, I could have it delivered on the 24th. But because it is an exchange that is handled "differently". They have lost a customer FOR LIFE! Read others reviews as well, this is not an isolated incident!

Agree............these people are horrible. No customer service whatsoever. They don't care about the customer or repeat business apparently.

Wrong item delivered, they picked it up but did not refund me back my money 30 days later! I have paid $929 and only kept $295 worth of items so I need my $634 refunded but 40 minutes later I am here in the store waiting! Worst service, rude customers service employee (Linda) and the manager is never available to voice concerns ! Seriously bad business practice! Leather Sectional Review

We purchased a leather sectionalfor or living room. Over a three year period, we may have day on it five times. It is peeling. how can leather peel? We were led to, this is not leather!!!! Save your money and do not by anything from Rooms To Go. Their furniture is garbage, cheap ***.

Rooms To Go in Delray Beach, Florida - Sold a warranty that did not cover what I was told in the store

I had the same experience, I bought a new reclining leather sofa 1 month ago and also was sold an extended warranty. I first told the salesman no, but he kept pushing me. He said the same "If anything at all happens to the couch in 3 years, they will replace it no questions asked" So I purchased it. Today I get a call from their corporate office asking if I would like to buy a warranty for the mechanical part of my couch. I said no thanks I purchased a warranty at the store that covers everything. She informed me that what I purchased covered on the leather from food spills. What they don't know is the state AG is a relative of mine. I am getting my documents together now. Bottom line don't buy from these thieves. If you do don't waste your money on there warranty. I think I am going to wait for their next big sale and hang out in the showroom tell about my experience

Honor your word. Your employees represent you. If they say that the warranty they sold me covers the couch for 3 years no matter what happens to than that is what I expect. That is an oral contract.

Rooms To Go in Bradenton, Florida - Mattress made by Sterns and Foster Milani is causing sleepless nights

I was told, by salesman at Bradenton FL store, when I purchased the mattress that it could be returned if there was any problems with it. The bed is in perfect appearance. I wake several times in the night with shoulder and hip pain similar to sleeping on a tile floor with a foam mat. A service rep came out and measured mattress for settling and then call center said they can not do anything but to rotate mattress and call back in two weeks. $2,000.00 mattress poor quality product and as of yet have not been able to sleep without waking in pain.

Hoy fui a rooms to go outlet in fort worth tx ,en busca de una recámara económica al llegar me dijieron que tenían un especial de 444 ,incluyendo peinador ,cajonera ,night stand y cabecera me emocione tanto pero al escoger me dicen que esas piensas que yo escojo (muebles *** menos raspones) están fuera de la oferta ,que sólo podía escojer siertos muebles (basura,peinadores sin cajones ,quebrados etc)pienso que la oferta si la tiene rooms to go para todos los muebles del almacén pero el manager decide no incluirlos solo por que el quiere vender su basura .para qué ofrecen algo que no ban a vender

Rooms To Go - Delivery People damaged both the new furniture and our home

Rooms to Go delivered a new table and chairs. It took them almost three months to get the order in their warehouse. When delivered, the table had a huge scratch on it. The delivery people hit the door frame when bringing the table into the house, and knocked a large strip of molding loose. They set the pieces of molding aside and did not tell us about it. We discovered after they left. Rooms to Go has what I believe is some of the worst customer service anywhere. Their personnel are not friendly at all -- and in fact, they are often very rude and confrontational.

ROOMS TO GO - Worst Furniture Company EVER!

I purchased a sofa set from them on 11/30/14 and was supposed to get them on 12/8/14. I received a call from them three days prior to delivery date stating that they did not have them in stock and would have to deliver on 12/18/14. I called to find out what happened and the customer service was the worst ever. They gave me many reasons but could not give an exact reason for the delay. They showed me that they did not care about my business. I asked to speak to supervisors and managers and they were unprofessional, rude, and with nasty attitudes. They did not empathy or apologize. Rooms to go will sell a product to someone else to try to get their business but once they have you, you are screwed. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE. DO yourselves a favor, pay a little more somewhere else and save yourselves time and a headache. BUYER BE WARE!!! ROOMS TO GO find a way to *** over.

Rooms To Go in Buford, Georgia - Purchased 54" bar table and motion sofa and both are junk

We have had the service department come out three times and they keep adjusting the product or denying our claim. We also purchased the protection plan which does not cover the leather literally coming off of the curved bench and sofa even though it was told to us that it would. They call that normal wear and tear. I call it cheap furniture that the salesman will say whatever to make the sale. The products are cheap and you do better going someone else and spending more money and at least getting something that last longer than 3 years before it has to go in the trash!!
