Rooms To Go - No information available on materials used.

I have nothing to add concerning the quality of Cindy Crawford furniture. You get what you pay for, not much. My biggest complaint is that Cindy Crawford Home exists in name only. Customer service could not answer my questions about type of material used on my dining table top & no information came with it to regarding care or maintenance. The furniture is made in Vietnam. There is no address, phone #, email or any other way to contact the Cindy Crawford Company because there is no such bussiness, at least in the United States. (google couldn't even help) Customer Service gave me the name "Wangfeng 1 co" , a Vietnam company. There is no way to contact them, per customer service & my own research. Buy her furniture at your own risk !

they should deliver my mattress weeks ago its ben *** dealing with them . i have waited all day lone for them and no one show up i called next day they say they driver cam but no one was home ,its un true also i cant schedule right now another delivery i have to wait 48 hours so aim going to wait for another tow days and call agin they gona need another week at lease and you know might there driver will not show up agin ,i dont know how many days i have to *** work and wait for them to deliver my mattress

Never Ever Buy Anything From Rooms to Go

After 2 defective mattresses we asked for a refund, but due to their policy they said no refunds. They wanted us to get a third mattress, which by the way had to be more expensive than the previous. We finally complained enough I guess to where they would pick up the mattress and give us a store credit. We went in and decided to get some of their overpriced children's furniture. When it was delivered the service techs supposedly lost the hardware to assemble the furniture and left it half way assembled trash everywhere and the rest of the boxes everywhere. They did take the mattress. This was on a Saturday and now it's Thursday evening and still cannot get a date as to when they are coming back to finish building the furniture. Every time I call the sales men never let me speak to a manager. I don't know when they'll come back to finish putting, but I do know we will NEVER buy anything at Rooms to Go and will tell everyone looking for new furniture to stay away from these crooks.

Rooms To Go - Bad Furniture Review from San Antonio, Texas

I recently got a sofa from Rooms To Go it's called the Cindy Crawford!it also cracked right in the middle very nice sofas when you get there but they are not good quality and they had a funky smell never had gone away it smells like throw up I think they keep their sofas in the warehouse that with and those cardboard boxes smell very bad the guy brought him to my house I could smell it so I called them and they came out the following week just to spray it with some spray but the smell is still here please somebody if anybody knows of a way to take it off I would appreciate it !! the smell is in the armrest and back

I second motion all the bad reviews on this page. Rooms to Go has bad advertisements, sales reps are liars, hidden prices on furniture when you go into the store, not as show on advertisements, fake, cheap fabrics on the furniture.

AVOID LEATHER! IT'S NOT REAL. We purchased a living room set in 2010 for nearly $2,000 and by 2013 they were ruined.

We are talking about sofa's that were in our guest room for show, we hardly even used them and they were done after only three years. For us that live paycheck to paycheck and worked really hard for those $2,000 you can only imagine how disappointed and angry.

Rooms To Go in Shreveport, Louisiana - Appalling Service!!!!

Ordered a bedroom suite on-line, scheduled delivery for Saturday on Labor Day weekend. I followed up with a phone call and requested that they call my cell phone prior to showing up for delivery, I was assured that they would call 30 minutes in advance. I was advised 2 days prior via text that my delivery was scheduled for Saturday between 11 and 3. On Saturday delivery day, I still hadn't heard anything by 1:30 so I was getting a little suspicious of the time frame. I called RTG Customer Service and was assured that the timeframe was still valid. I then received a call at about 2 pm to advise me that the carriers were 'running a little late', and delivery was now estimated at between 4 and 5 pm. At 5 pm, still no call or delivery so I called Customer (No) Service again and they advised that the delivery would be made by 7 pm. Still no call or delivery by 7 pm, so I call RTG only to find out via answering machine that offices are now closed- very nice. I finally leave the house to pick up some items at the grocery store, leaving my 13 yr old daughter alone. Sure enough, the RTG delivery arrives at about 8 pm while I'm at the store. So I hustle back home. Delivery techs then advise me that the dresser has a broken leg and that RTG will be in touch with me on Tuesday (after Labor day) to discuss pick up and replacement. Of course I do not receive a call on the Tuesday after Labor Day, so I contact RTG and speak to Brandy in Customer (No) Service. She really doesn't want to hear about me losing an entire day waiting for them, gives me a half hearted apology but is more enthusiastic in reminding me that delivery times are not guaranteed. I ask about some sort of compensation (maybe waive the delivery fee?) and she advises that they cannot do anything but (again half-heartedly) apologize. To replace the broken dresser, they of course need to set up another delivery 'appointment', but she reminds me again that delivery times are not guaranteed. So, I can either take a whole day off work during the middle of the week for a 'non guaranteed' delivery time, or waste another Saturday waiting for the delivery. She also made note of my complaint and said that she would pass it along to the delivery company and have them contact me- I'm not holding my breath and I'm also displeased that RTG does not stand behind their TOTAL service, opting instead to put the blame on the carrier that made the delivery- last time I checked the truck bore the RTG logo. Very poor service during and after. I have used RTG for years due to their fairly reasonable price and quality for spare room furniture, as well as the financing and (up to this point) convenient delivery. I will be voting with my wallet and will never order anything from RTG again!!!!

Yep I had the same problem except they didn't break any my furniture that was being delivered they instead broke my tv that was in the room on an entertainment center. They know 4 days later sept.

4th tell me RTG can't do anything it's all up to the delivery driver to replace the tv he broke or not. Since it's his word against mine even though I reported it an hr after it happened.

The best thing about it all was that nobody ever contacted me until I told them to shove their furniture up you know where and they can pick it up I didn't want it then. You know hate being that kind of person but guess its the only thing that works

I bought a Cindy Crawford couch. The frame in the back started poking through the fabric, I had it fixed under warranty. Now it's broken again and I called the company. My couch is no longer under warranty and they basically said I was out of luck. Upon checking where the damage is myself, I found very cheap wood in the frame. It has split causing a total problem in the structure of the back of the couch. It is only a little over 2 years old. Shouldn't a couch last longer! I am very disappointed in the quality of this Rooms To Go Brand!!!!

Rooms To Go - Bedroom Suite Review

I purchased, a bedroom suite 02/2013. I was two days late paying my bill, immediately I started receiving, harrassing phone calls, through out the day. Returned call, tried to pay half and the other half in a week. Said the do not take partial payments. I was told that my payments would be lowered, that didn't happen. Came home from work to find a note on my door for a pickup!! Never will do business with them again..
