Cindy Crawford three piece sectional couch

Springs collapsed and buckling through center of couch. Framing caved in through center of couch.

Also pd for stain protector on the micro fiber and is not protected. Couch is falling apart literally. Rooms to go will not fix or swap out begging since we bought it.

I would never reccomend this couch to anyone. Paid over two thousand for it and in my opinion it is complete garbage.

Anyone else have this issue? I think there should be a recall on this product.

Sorry to say, overall appearance of the couch in the store is absolutely beautiful. If the quality wasn't garbage I would still love this couch.

Rooms To Go - Furniture Quality Review from Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I bought 2 couches and a chair from them. The delivery people broke my storm door trying to get furniture in house. Couch is made so cheaply! One leg is over 1/2" shorter than rest of them and another was put on crooked so furniture rocks! The feet keep coming off of chair. Furniture is horrible! Made terrible. I have purchased lots of furniture during my 66 yrs and I have never seen such poor quality. What makes it bad they refuse to take it back. Do not buy anything there. All junk.

I was told to have "defective mattress" ready for pick up and then required to have "box springs" or no credit!!!

I had a defective king mattress under warranty and was told that I would get a $3,102.00 store credit to purchase another mattress. I went to the store and was allowed to purchase 2 twin adjustable bed frame that lift head and legs with the credit. I paid a $321.00 difference and had it scheduled for delivery that Friday, Great! I was moving out of my apartment and putting my things in storage so I left the "defective mattress" ready to be picked up in my empty apartment that I had moved everything out of... since the lady that called made it very clear that I needed to have the "defective mattress" in order to get the credit - I did just that. When the delivery drivers came they said they could not pick up without the box springs! I threw them away since I purchased the adjustable bed frame and was told that I would not use them since I was purchasing the new adjustable bed frame. When I contacted "customer service" the supervisor told me that I was a liar and that their policy requires them to pick up both mattress and box spring in order to get the full credit. I tried calling back and speaking with someone else and every time I call they read the notes and repeat to call me a liar. They offered to give me a credit for only the mattress of $2,600 but said that I was responsible for the box springs($230+tax X 2=$500). If I was told to have the "defective mattress" ready for pick up, how am I now the one responsible for the box springs that I was never told that were needed to return in order to get the full credit. I would not have purchased the adjustable bed frame if I needed to pay an additional $800 and obviously not have thrown out the box springs! I don't know who else to contact or how to get someone to understand that it was a mistake of the R2G employee and not me the customer. I requested they review the call since the calls are recorded and the stupidvisor advised the call was not recorded. Very disappointed in Rooms 2 Go and the lack of customer service. It's very upsetting to be blamed as the customer and now lose $500 because of their employee oversight in language...

Rooms To Go - Bedroom Suite Review

I purchased, a bedroom suite 02/2013. I was two days late paying my bill, immediately I started receiving, harrassing phone calls, through out the day. Returned call, tried to pay half and the other half in a week. Said the do not take partial payments. I was told that my payments would be lowered, that didn't happen. Came home from work to find a note on my door for a pickup!! Never will do business with them again..

Was denied credit increase

I know this seems to be an old thread but last night I applied for a RTG credit card & was approved for $1000. While that's all fine and dandy that I got approved but I needed at least $3400 for the whole living room set that I wanted to purchase.

I called the number & spoke to customer service and they denied my credit increase with of course no explanation & said that I will be getting a letter in the mail.

I have an Ashley Furniture credit card of $3000 that I have never been late on & have already paid off so I don't understand why they would not approve me an increase when they should already know I pay my bill on time & ahead of time. I am so frustrated cause I really had my heart set on this on living room set but at least Ashley Furniture wants my business so I will be taking it there.

Review from Spring Hill, Florida

I had my leather Sectional for about four years when all the leather started to peel off they offered me $700 towards a new set and they would take mine. Now why would I want to buy another one from them when the one that I just got from them is a piece of ***. I think they should've replaced the piece that was no good rather than me spending another two grand on the sofa set and then giving me 700 off.

Leather blend couch peeling after 2.5 years

Do not purchase a blended leather couch from Rooms to go! The polyurethane blend is what was used on my couch and it is peeling so bad after only two years! I will say though, rooms to go representative victor vega worked with me and gave me a $988 credit for another couch. I did purchase the extended coverage, so that gave me sufficient protection. I definitely will not be purchasing a leather couch! I am also not happy that the creditor is now through synchrony bank and they have "rejected" my current rooms to go credit. I made all my payments on time and own my couch, not sure why they decided to "reward" such an ideal customer this way?!

Crack leather

I brought a bounded leather sectional from room to go in 2012. It is already cracking and peeling . I do not have any small kids only adult sit on this and we do not use it much I want to tell ya' ll not to buy leather from room to go. I wish I knew this before I brought mine. They gave you a one year warranty and tell you it's nothing they can do. what I am I suppose to do . I stuck with a ugly sofa and to think I brought three thing for them I will never shop there again they do not stand behind the furniture and they do treat you well when you go there to shop they go to other people and just leave you stand there you have to walk around found some to talk too and when you found someone the act like they do not want to serve you I guess if you are not rich. Dear Valued Customer,

We sincerely apologize for the disappointment that has been caused. Rooms To go carries a one year manufacturer warranty.

While the warranty period has expired, I would be more than happy to accept images of the peeling leather as well as an image of the overall piece to be submitted for further review. A representative from our office will then contact you back within 48 hours. Please include either your order number, and/or the phone number you used when you made the purchase.

Please email this to Tellus@roomstogo.com.

I apologize for the delay and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Sincerely,

Chad

Rooms To Go - Furniture Replacement Review

I bought a couch & love seat and 2 end tables. 1 table was scratched in the box and I was offered they would fix it. I requested a new table which they replaced 1 week later. My couch was broken while they took it off the truck. They don't have a lift gate so they let it slide off the truck to the ground. My furniture was discontinued so I had to go pick out new furniture and I didn't get a discount of any kind for my troubles. I am single so I have to work and I asked for a 1hr call ahead which rooms to go offers but does not honor. Now I plan my day off (Saturday) for my delivery and they call me to say it will be 4hrs later than they originally said. I will never recommend rooms to go too anyone I know.

I second motion all the bad reviews on this page. Rooms to Go has bad advertisements, sales reps are liars, hidden prices on furniture when you go into the store, not as show on advertisements, fake, cheap fabrics on the furniture.

AVOID LEATHER! IT'S NOT REAL. We purchased a living room set in 2010 for nearly $2,000 and by 2013 they were ruined.

We are talking about sofa's that were in our guest room for show, we hardly even used them and they were done after only three years. For us that live paycheck to paycheck and worked really hard for those $2,000 you can only imagine how disappointed and angry.

Sofa falling apart

Just got a visit from a Rooms to Go "technician." The sofa I bought there about 9 months ago is falling apart. The buttons have come through the cushions, the fabric is pilling and the foam is deforming. I asked him if this kind of wear was normal. He said it was for a sofa of this kind. Really? A sofa that last for 9 months? He said the sales people should have told me. He also told me that all he could do is fix the buttons. Guess I will be talking to my attorney about the Rooms to Go "Guarantee." "Repair or replace at my option?"
