Rooms To Go in Brookshire, Texas - Wow!!!! I'm glad I did research on this company before hand!!!!!

We came so close to buying a living room package however after asking about warranty policy, was informed by the sales lady Irma that she didn't sell warranty and it was handled thru their customer service we became suspicious. We told her we would need to see how much it would be first. Then also found out that the TV that was part of the package is really a gift card to best buy and after doing more research it's a 720 plasma HDTV....however you will still need to pay the taxes and I told her that we would need to pay taxes on the package deal that included the tv advertising and then taxes on the tv too at best buy!!! Needless to say we left the store questioning a lot of things. The sales lady dropped us like a hot rock after we said we needed to do some research. I don't understand these actors that advertise for these clowns with such bad customer support!!! Oh, I know for the money!!

Rooms To Go in Durham, North Carolina - Scratchs on dinning room set

I got dining set with a server I didnt see the scratches as I am visually impaired. When I complained a guys was sent who acted as if it was not big deal it happens all the time or it was so small he could not see why should it matter to me since I cannot see well. I severak calls from t he Co about extending my warrarty for 100 plus dollars. Second found more scratches on my server. I called about them I was told that the dinning set was covered and that they would send another rep. to see if they could remove the scratches He came f or about 2 minutes and said he saw them and would report them to see what they would do. I go a call was told that the scrachtes were not from shipment They offered nothing to repair the scars an d hung up so what is the point of a warranty much less buying an extended one. I say buyer be ware of what the warranty will really cover. Im glad I did not extend it as I was lead to beleive it would cover anything. I will never buy from them again it is a disadvantage to those who cant see

Rooms To Go - Review about Low Quality Table

I purchased a granite top table and not even three months into the purchase chunks started to come off the table, by themselves, this table wasn't even being used because I'm hardly ever home my cousin even cut herself on the sharp edges, I am most displeased with the quality of the kitchen table, worst thing is that I am still paying for a table that is breaking by itself, and it's not even being used!

Rooms To Go in Miami, Florida - Horrible experience

Hello mi name is Danny and me and my wife had a horrible experience with the rooms to go in miami. We'll specifically the rooms to go at this address off the palmetto 1650 Nw 167th St Miami, FL 33169. Me and my wife had saved up for about three months for furniture because we were moving in to our new apartment. So when we got there we were being helped by a sales rep named Elliot! He seemed like a nice guy and he sold us a dining room set lamp and my living room set which was a white couch with to parts! We were do happy about this! So Elliot put in the order and told us that we will be receiving the order in a few weeks. So when the few weeks came my couches came in black! And we had to wait almost 2 months for our furniture. It was so sad to have a living with a wrapped black couch for almost two months. My wife was so sad and angry. But they eventually came. But guess what. When they came they came scratched! Now they have to replace those! I will never buy at rooms to go again!! Never!!!!!

Rooms To Go - Sofa falling apart

Just got a visit from a Rooms to Go "technician." The sofa I bought there about 9 months ago is falling apart. The buttons have come through the cushions, the fabric is pilling and the foam is deforming. I asked him if this kind of wear was normal. He said it was for a sofa of this kind. Really? A sofa that last for 9 months? He said the sales people should have told me. He also told me that all he could do is fix the buttons. Guess I will be talking to my attorney about the Rooms to Go "Guarantee." "Repair or replace at my option?"

Rooms To Go in Daytona Beach, Florida - Delivery didnt arrive on the due date and they said they were sorry and the soonest they could redeliver was two weeks from the original date.

The delivery is outsourced from rooms to go. Since it is outsource they do not care if delivery is on time or even delivered. What ever the deliver man says happened, they believe. We bought furniture for our other house. We only go out there every otherd and since they only deliver in that area every other Tuesday, I had to *** work and drive an hour and half to be there for the delivery waited four hours and then I called thinking maybe the got lost.. Our house is in the country. Anyways they told me the driver tried to contact us and couldn't so they continued on to next delivery and would not be able to delivery again for another two weeks and it would have to be on a Tuesday. Really? I have never complained before over anything I have purchased in the past, but for this I am. They NEVER CALLED US! I called corporate the following day and they response was I am Truly sorry but you'll have to wait another two weeks! WE CANCELED OUR ORDER AND CALLED BADCOCK; WHICH THEY ARE CLOSER ANYWAYS... AND I WILL BE ORDERING FURNITURE ON SATURDAY AND RECIEVING IT ON TUESDAY! WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ROOMS TO GO AGAIN!!!

Rooms To Go in Mcallen, Texas - Furniture low quality

Do not purchase furniture from this company. The furniture are expensive and of very low quality - they are fraud company don't even know how they are still in business or how they are getting away with selling such cheap low quality furnitures for a high price. The furnitures will not last more than a year. I bought my entire living room, dining and bedroom set and it has gone to waste in less than a year. And we don't have any kids or pets. And they cannot do anything to replace their furniture. Be WARNED DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS STORE.

I agree! bought a living room set the end of February, used for less than 2 months and it was coming apart at the seams.

Called and 3 weeks later they could come and look at it.

They showed up and resewed the seams and said they could do nothing about pillows falling apart because, get this, I moved. Yes, during the 3 weeks I waited, I moved 5 miles down the street. I have NEVER heard of no warranty because of moving. The furniture should last more than 2 months!!!!

without falling apart.

I will be letting more people know of their practices.
