Rooms To Go in Orlando, Florida - Broken Couch

Very disappointed. We bought a brand new, $2500 couch and it broke on the frame of the backside of the largest portion of the sectional. Called hoping for some sort of help and was told there was nothing they can do because it is 2 months out of warranty. Basically no customer service to help us from rooms to go. They only rely on MFG warranties. Was told I should have bought the extended warranty. Why because they expected the couch to break?? Will not be shopping again. Rooms To Go in Goose Creek, South Carolina - Defective dinning room table

This table was purchased in June 2013, the surface has lost its shine and it has a sticky residue on it, have filed a complaint, they are trying to tell us it is water spots the leaf show no signs, of this problem, sent the same tech out go figure??? Also saying it is not there problem it is the manufactory, problem, we do not want a new table just fix the one that we have. If correct don't they get the merchandise from them?? Will never purchase from this company again!! Buyers beware........ We were regular customer, no more.

I am very sorry that the dining table is having this issue. It shouldn't be doing this in the short period of time that you've had it.

I am very sorry to hear that you did not receive your delivery in the time frame assigned. Rooms To Go does provide estimate four hour windows but we do expect you to be contacted if they are unable to make it during those times.

I apologize you were treated that way in one our showrooms. We do not condone that behavior at all.

Rooms To Go's deliveries to Arkansas are scheduled 2-3 weeks out due to the fact that we do not have a Distribution Center there so they come from our Florida warehouse. Again, I apologize for that treatment and that you were not explained the process correctly. If you could send me more details including which location you visited and possibly the sales associates name to Tellus@Roomstogo.com "Attention Pissed Consumer". I would like to get with that location to make sure this does not happen again in the future.

Rooms To Go - Couch broke after 1 month.

Received couch December 5th, Couch broke at the end of January. Rooms to go simply told me that they only come out in my area once a month so i would have to wait till the end of Feb to get it fixed. Well they came out the man took pictures, said they would call me in 5 days. Didn't come to fix it but he came to take dang pictures. That is not what I was told they would be doing. So here we are having to deal with a completely broke couch for 2 months, that we honestly never used to begin with. Apparently, the couch broke due to a manufacture problem, and our only option is to find something equal or less value. Our limit is low, and only options we have is to get a discontinued couch. I'm beyond disappointed in Rooms to go. Not everyone can take 500 dollars out of a one person military income and get a nice couch like the old one..

Rooms To Go in New Orleans, Louisiana - Poor Quality

I purchased a dining room set with a table, 8 chairs, china cabinet and side board. Each piece was damaged when it was delivered. Three of the chairs had to be replaced as well. The china cabinet and side board were replaced with an adequate exchange within a week. After 5 weeks, the table still has not been replaced as each table they send out is damaged. Each time I have had to *** and wait at home for a delivery. I spoke with the warehouse to ask them to please check the table prior to sending it to my home. I'm at my wits end. I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Wow! I sincerely apologize for all the frustration this delivery process has caused you.

Our time frames are all day from 7am to 10pm with the 4 hour estimated time frames. Our drivers intend to arrive during the 4 hour time frame, however sometimes traffic or previous deliveries could delay them unfortunately.
