Same thing happened to me, currently court case for bed collapse under me also, herniated disc in neck and two in lumbar and foot board clocked me in head, almost knocked out and almost fell in my pool and could of drowned trying to keep conscious

Rooms To Go in Augusta, Georgia - Don't waste your money

I brought a new bedroom suite from rooms to go a few months ago and the wood on the footboard is starting to peel in a few spots , we call and they sent someone out to take a look and the man said it needed to be replaced , get a phone call from a lady and she's giving us the runaround , folks don't waste your money , all there stuff is make cheap , if I had seen these complaints I would have went shopping somewhere else , this was not a cheap bedroom , I spent 2800 on this set , it's worst service I have ever seen ,

ROOMS TO GO IS THE BEST DON'T LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY HAVE NO CLUE!!! ROOMS TO GO'S FURNITURE IS VERY VERY GOOD! THE BEST IN FURNITURE WITH THE BEST PRICES! WE DON'T EVEN HAVE TO HAVE A ONE YEAR WARRANTY WE ARE THAT GOOD! :p

If you guys would stop being so rambunctious with the high quality pieces then we wouldn't have these problems!

But no you tell yourselves, "Yes, children/husband/guests destroy my stuff it has a warranty!" Unbelievable... Sofa's for sitting, TV consoles for TV's, Beds for sleeping ect ect... I'm sure you go to a restaurant eat all the food on the plate then tell your waiter/waitress the food was bad I need a refund!!!

Too late for me though. Already made the mistake and got taken.

Called the salesman back and he told me to bring the pillows back and he'd exchange them. Drove 30 mins. and when I got there he was OFF that day! The manager did exchange the ugly pillows for some even worse ones but I took them..will give them to Goodwill or somebody.

The sectional I purchased was on sale for $1,700 and included SEVEN pieces. I purchased 4 pieces and still paid $1,700. Was talking with salesman and didn't think about it until later.

That's out & out theft! Intending on purchasing new bedroom suite and loveseat for bedroom but I sure won't be purchasing from ROOMSTOGO!!!!

BUYER BEWARE! ROOMS TO GO BUYER BEWARE! If you are considering taking advantage of ROOMS TO GO frequent and appealing specials, ask to see the "Terms and Conditions" before you buy. From my own personal experience I thought I bought a 3 yr warranty when in fact hidden on the back of my sales receipt was IN GRAYSCALE barely legible by these 60 plus eyes are the Terms and Conditions. This is important if you find after 2 plus years that the Leather is bubbling, CRACKING AND SPLITTIG away from the furniture. They will tell you that they only warrant for defects for 1 yr. not the 3 thought I had. more to come. BUYER BEWARE!! ROOMS TO GO!!!

No you're not. If you were you'd make it right.

the truth is that you don't care about quality or service after the sale and you certainly don't care about what I am going through with this Chinese low quality imitation leather furniture that I was sold. What really bothers me is Rooms To Go's obvious Corporate lack of Moral responsibility to the families you sell this junk to. As promised I said I would repost every time I see a new defect appear.

I have posted the latest photo with a penny in the center to give you an idea of the severity of this problem. I intend to continue to do so until Rooms To Go either offers a full refund.

Karla, Thanks for sharing your experience, except for the location and response person mine was St. Petersburg, from Ashley the response was the same.

I have the same experience, I bought a living room set and after 2 years the pleather started bubbling and cracking and when my husband called customer service for SERVICE, he was told that the warranty we bought does not cover that, it only covers food stains, and the sales lady "Norita" in the Pensacola store bold-faced lied to us stating that it would cover anything that happened to our furniture for 3 years. Rooms to Go is a SORRY company, high prices for cheap furniture and on top of that, all the sales people are TRAINED LIARS!!!!

I have half a mind to petition out on the side walk beside thier store and show pictures of my furniture to any one entering that store.

I was at RTG just over the labor day weekend looking to buy a bedroom set. Usually when I would walk into the store I had all salesmen running to get my business, this time it was different.

This time I walked in walked around to find what I wanted, cut down my selection to the one I wanted but couldn't get anyone to come and assist me. I had so many of their sales staff walk by without saying a word. I walked around the store trying to find someone who would help me order the bedroom set I had decided to buy but as soon as I would try to approach one of them they would run back to the employee lounge or warehouse.

I even saw one guy run to the men's room the two time I tried to get him to assist me. I was in the store for over an hour and a half trying to make a purchase, finally I just walked out I guess they didn't want they were not interest in making money.
