Cindy Crawford leather sectional...white spots on tan leather on two sections...as if bleached out very small dots....RTG....states will spilled something on it and not liable...yeah right we bleached it ....two complaints...no action taken will not replace or compensate....$3200.00 sectional and I have to live with spots and worry if more will show up...also same purchase (two months ago) sealy queen pillowtop...$1025.00...two months and complaints of indentions up to 2inches where hip hits bed...we are not heavy people...they are replacing the mattress for same cost we purchased but of course it will cost us now because not on sale....Never would I recommend RTG to anyone...and yes a technician is just a name...it is not a professional ....just a rookie passing the buck...sectional we paid $300 for protectent...don't matter not covers...Purchase date March 2009, complaining after two months

update...called rtg again...spring in main recliner...weak sinks down so low that you can feel board in you back on the back section...rtg tech told us made over seas will not hold up...way to go rtg employee....wanted to rip it apart and stuff the back....when the problem in the seat and springs..called rtg service they said it was courtsey call that they even came out and that we refuse them to rip open leather and stuff back cushion...Husband went to store manager complaIN he listen then blew him off.....beware of rooms to go....my section is now 6 months old and 3 calls in....still owe $2700....
