My husband and I came in and purchased a living room set on Friday July 3rd. The manager of the North Charleston store Ed called us July 5th to inform us there was an error on their part for $50.00 and we were to pay or cancel the furniture.

So Rooms To Go would rather cancel a sale than come out of pocket $50.00?????? Better Yet take it out of the sales persons commission. We paid cash for the sale and of course we either have to go back and have them put the amount on our card or wait 2 weeks for a check. Mr.

Ed deserves to lose his job and if this is how Rooms To Go operates you deserve to go out of business.

This is the 2nd time Rooms To Go has screwed us over, we decided to give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
