Unresolved. Store will not stand in back of their merchandise

Contacted the store in Lakeland FL because the recliner which I purchased on sale squeeks and is leaning to one side. The Mgr said well it was marked down and it can't be exchanged.

Little good the mark down did for me. Has to be junked.

Product or Service Mentioned: Recliner.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $175.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Damaged product.
