This product has been a piece of *** since I purchased it a year ago. When it was delivered, it took weeks to get the power cord (was not included in the delivery).

They shipped the wrong cord twice - then picked up the recliner and delivered a new one, again no cord. Service came out and realized the problem and managed to get the correct cord. This took about six months to resolve. The power cord has been plugged in ever since and now the recliner is stuck with the foot rest stuck in the up position.

I purchased this product for my 90 year old mother and she has not been able to use the chair most of the time. I am highly discussed with Rooms to Go that they would sell such an inferior product.

I am now having to find someone to fix it and another month has passed. I will never buy anything from Room to Go again.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Rooms To Go Cons: Poor quality product.

If I were your neighbor or friend I could wire that baby right up in minutes and have it working 100%. Sorry about that ; wish I could help.

It's a simple missing part and an even simpler on the spot repair if you know how. Shame upon the company.
