I bought a couch set with chairs from the company. The delivery was on time and the two guys delivering my furniture ran from the truck to my house with my items.

They threw the items in the house and then put some of them together as fast as they could. They ran around my house like mad men and then pushed a delivery ticket in my chest for me to sign. I signed the ticket and they peeled out of my driveway leaving me standing in a cloud of dust. I guess they get paid by the delivery.

It was kinda funny. Well after they left I found that one of the chairs was damaged and several items were missing bolts a lot of bolts. One table called for 8 bolts and had 2 bolts in it. I guess they were in to much of a hurry to safely assemble my furniture.

I'm just glad my elderly mother didn't sit in the chair and have it break and hurt her. I called customer no service and explained to them what happened. I informed them this was a safety issue and they needed to be a little more professional. She gave me a attitude and refused to let me speak with her supervisor.

Anyway she sent me the bolts and I put them in my chair myself. I wanted to make sure no one in my family got hurt.

They replaced the damaged chair and never called to follow up with me. So if you have nothing to do, need a laugh, and want poor customer service, buy from Rooms to Go.
