RTG has attempted to deliver the same damaged coffee table three times.When I called them the third time to redliver, yes, I was pretty pissed, I admit.

But the customer service agent told me that based on the agreement I signed with RTG, they would only attempt one more delivery, and they reserved the right to send a repairman out to attempt to fix the damage! Now I'm really pissed!

I have yet to get an appology for the inconvenience.

Wish I could show you a picture of the damage.Each table they deliver is damaged in the exact same place, and you cant repair particle board.

I've had the same trouble since Nov., 09 with trying to get furniture delivered and repaired, now I can't get my money back, only an exchange. What a rip off company. Not at all happy with customer service reps, they don't seem to have a care in the world.
