RTG has attempted to deliver the same damaged coffee table three times. When I called them the third time to redliver, yes, I was pretty pissed, I admit.
But the customer service agent told me that based on the agreement I signed with RTG, they would only attempt one more delivery, and they reserved the right to send a repairman out to attempt to fix the damage! Now I'm really pissed!
I have yet to get an appology for the inconvenience.
Wish I could show you a picture of the damage. Each table they deliver is damaged in the exact same place, and you cant repair particle board.
