I've purchased several items over the past years from Rooms To Go and this will be the last! I ordered 6 items and received 5 of them damaged.

I had to wait another week to receive the new ones and once again they arrived damaged! Store manager is just a glorified sales associate and unable to assist in anyway! Was told there was no guarantee that the third go around would not arrive damaged. They are willing to sell you the furniture but not back up their products.

Now I have to wait 48 hours for the district manager to call me while I have damaged furniture in my house! Poor Customer Service!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Rooms To Go Cons: Incompetence, Lack of caring for customer after sale, Customer service call center reps not helpful, Misrepresentaion.

This is certainly not ok. Are you able to send me your order info along with the details to
