Rooms To Go - Damaged Items Upon Delivery
I ordered a bedroom set for my daughter and found out that half of the items were on a 2.5 month back order.My first delivery consisted of a bed- headboard, footboard and dresser.
The dresser showed up smashed on one side. I had to get a replacement one sent out over a week later. Flash forward to 2.5 months later when the other items were back in stock.. My delivery was scheduled for today of a nightstand, mirror and media set.
The nightstand AND media set were BOTH damaged.
I have been waiting for over 2.5 months for the rest of the items and they still came in damaged.Customer service SUCKS- will never order from them again.
