I purchased several wks ago a large piece of canvas art from Rooms to Go, at the time of purchase I was never told that this art was non returnable or that it was damaged. I spoke with the store three different times was told the purchased was sold as is.

I finally got in touch with The Better Business Bureau and they helped resolve the art issue with Rooms to Go. The correspondence from Rooms to Go was at best cold. They did credit back a small amount back to my credit card.

This was my first and final purchase with this company Rooms to Go and certainly would not recommend them to anyone. This certainly is no way to treat a customers.
