I purchased 7 piece full bedroom set top of the line and Rooms to go tried to force me to accept a damaged product after failing to deliver a good dresser. This was their 6th attempt.

Every time they pushed the delivery date 10 days further and each time the dresser, mirror and footboard were damaged. If you have to leave work to accept deliveries from room to go, PLEASE do not buy from there.

It will be wait of your time and hours spent on call with customer service. One more thing, what ever customer service writes in their report, no one reads those at their warehouse :( NEVER BUY ROOM PACKAGES FROM ROOMS TO GO, THEY ARE DEFECTED AND REPAIRED OR RETURENED by other customer.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Rude customer service reps, Lied about furniture, Office manager attitude, Late delivery, Extension of delivery date 3 days on damanged product.
