I just received a china hutch and buffet that I bought last week from Rooms To Go and they used the wrong pieces of stabilzer wood on the buffet causing gaps in the door when closed. I called customer service and their response was "The soonest we can get someone out there is Wednesday Feb 1 or Friday Feb 3rd because those are the "ONLY" days they have tech in my area.

The literally refused to accomdate me the customers. They also refused to give me a time at which they would be here. They start at 7 AM in the morning and they would call an hour before to make sure we are home. I have kids to get to school.

I can't sit around and wait and I am surely not going to expect a phone call from a company at 6 AM in the morning.

Add insult to injury the saleman named Sam in Destin Florida told me to fill out the order information. Apparently they have their customers do their job and they receive the pay.

This is one store I will never shop at again.
