Bought dinette set in April 2011 for May 21, 2011 wedding. The original shipment and the subsequent three shipments contained damaged items.

Finally got acceptable shipment 05/24/2011 after the wedding. The only thing RTG are saying is "I am sorry." They are correct, they are sorry and I will never purchase from them again. In addition I will tell everyone I know to stay away from them. Everybody I talked with during the month we were trying to get acceptable furniture never showed any concerns and did absolutely nothing.

The only time they paid us any attention was when they were trying to close the sale. One day they will realize they cannot stay in business without repeat customers.

Monetary Loss: $850.
