First I had to pay $60.00 for delivery plus tax added to the delivery charge. I ordered a box spring and mattress set and the box spring was delivered and the delivery personnel acted like they were on fire.

In such a rush. They were moving the box springs into the bedroom and trying to *** the plastic. The plastic on the box spring scratched my hardwood floors. I did not notice it until they had left.

I called Customer Service, twice, and now I have to wait three to five business days for the delivery service claims department to contact me. I informed my sales associate and she didn't seem to care. We just moved into our home two months ago and had a truck of furniture delivered and had no issues. Having one box springs delivered caused an issue.

Next issue was that the set was to be queen size, the box spring was, but the wrong size mattress (double) was sent. Now I have to wait another week for the mattress.

Poor delivery and customer service. I will not be shopping at Rooms To Go again.
