We bought almost $6,000 in furniture in August, was told they would have to order it in and it would be October before it came in.Went to pickup furniture, and was told that because we did not pick the furniture up on the date it came in, they put it back in inventory and resold it.

We could reorder the furniture and it would be in in December. Remember I paid for this furniture in full in August when it was ordered.

They didn't want to refund the entire amount, because of a restocking fee, finally agreed and refunded money.Never buy anything that has to be ordered!

This person wrote the review because of order processing issue at Rooms To Go. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Rooms To Go to offer any options to resolve the issue.

The most disappointing in user's experience was no resolution offered and awful employees. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
