Rooms To Go - Delivery Problem
When we purchased our mattress and foundation we told the showroom store we were not available until after 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.
The store called and left a voice mail message on my phone stating that they were able to fit the set on the truck and it would be delivered on Saturday which would of been July 8, 2017. Waited all day never got it. Then they said they tried to deliver it July 10 at 11:00 knowing in advance we would not be home until 6:00 p.m. I have called them several times and have not been able to get a delivery time or date of delivery just keep getting put off.
At this point I am ready to contact North Carolina Attorney General After I have seen all the delivery complaints on this company. They have taken my money and I still have no product.
