My wife and I have bought from RTG for over 15 years never had a problem until recently.I told the sales rep I worked 3-4 min's from my house and if they would give me a call at work I could be there in no time.

They have done this for me 3-4 times before and it worked out great. I was supposed to have an item delivered today, no phone call at work. I did not take a lunch so I could be here for the delivery. When they had not called by the window hours I called RTG and they said I had to be home so they could call me.

They left a message on my home phone saying there was no one at home to accept the delivery, I had left a note on door for driver to call also he took the note but didn't call. They are taking my furniture back to Georgia and I can call back in 48 hours to schedule another delivery. I will never buy another item from them again and will quit telling people how great they are.
