Delivery window was 8-12 . Got a call saying we’re at your front door but no is answering .
I said we will be there in 5 minutes - thinking that my husband (who was home ) must have gone down to the dock or out back ) and that 5 minutes would allow me to call him . I called him and he said I am inside and no one is at the door . I immediately called the number back which routed to customer service . I waited for 22 minutes before speaking to a rep - finally was answered and wa told they waited 18 minutes then left ?!?
I said that’s odd my husband is at home - can I get a description of the house they were at - thinking they were at the wrong house .. the rep came back to the line said the house had a U shaped driveway and it was unfinished . I said they all have u shaped drives but mine is a finished driveway . The address 4208 is unfinished ( my address is 4248) .
They were at the wrong house !! The rep said we can reschedule for 5 days later ! WHAT?!? I escakated yo a manger named Ethan - he got on the line and just said this is Ethan .
No pleasantries - no apologies - just said we can’t help you . I said but you’re at the wrong address and he said you said you’d be home in 5 minutes . I explained that was just to allow me time to call him . That didn’t matter .
I said but based on the description y’all were at the wrong address and I had no way to reach you without waiting 22 minutes on hold . He didn’t care .
Why am I am being punished because your driver went to a wrong house with a u-shaped unfinished driveway with a wooden front door . Which I have neither ! I have a finished driveway and a white glass door !
I want my furniture and I want it more timely tthan Friday .
Customer service of your manager staff was terrible .
When I tried to go above him he said there is NO ONE above me . Which is a lie !
