DO NOT BUY FROM ROOMS TO GO!!!We ordered our furniture a week before we moved into a new home.

We set delivery for the Saturday we were moving and were told it would be between 2pm to 4pm and they would call 15 to 20 minutes before arrival. They showed up at our new home 11:15am while we were at our old home loading. When we were not there they left. They refused to come back, refused to let me go to the warehouse to pick it up.

Now it has been three days, no refund and now they say it may be another week before a refund.

They are awful to try and deal with.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Monetary Loss: $1.

You lucked out!!You would be disappointed with their junk furniture anyway.

I wish I would have seen this site before we spent money on the garbage we received. No refund? Really! If they promised that on the showroom floor, we would have realized something was wrong with their customer service.

What a joke and rip off!I tell everyone I know do not shop there.

We got your email earlier, and again apologize for the confusion in regards to the time frame in which the drivers were expected to arrive. The showroom has processed your request for the cancellation and will be issuing you the refund as well.
