purchased a bedroom suite totaling almost $5k. Was not happy with original delivery date but decided to accept it.
When later informed that it would be shipped in stages, and that I would not be compensated for my inconvenience I cancelled the order. Spoke with Scott the manager at the Buckhead store in Atlanta GA and was assured that my card would be credited within 48 hours.
Call the store a week later and was informed that the order was not cancelled and Scott was no longer at that store. This is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed and no one should shop with this company
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $5000.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Rooms To Go Cons: Uncaring attitude of the manager.
