We purchased a mattress from them less than a year ago and it began to sink on both sides with a hump in the middle.They sent one of their professionals out and measured the depth and said that they could not honor the warranty until it was 1 1/2 inches on each side so give them a call back in a few months to have it checked again and maybe they could do something then.

We expressed to them that the Sealy mattress was causing back pain for my husband and they were not sympatheic at all. Take in mind that we are average sized people (135 and 210 pounds) and no one should experience problems with a mattress this soon after purchase.

These people only want the all-mighty dollar and not back their products.I hope to inform everyone of their tactics and if I would not have spent $1,000 for that mattress we would throw it in front of this business during working hours.

Monetary Loss: $1147.
