I made the mistake of purchasing a $5000 adjustable king size mattress from Rooms To Go. I have back pain, so (with Doctor script in hand) bought this bed.

Since it arrived 7 days ago, my back pain increased and now I have neck pain with stiffness as well. I no longer look forward to going to bed! I contacted the store manager who told me that their return policy is “we don’t take anything back”. I said, “That is a no-return policy”.

He just politely told me he could send an email to his regional manager for me, but it “won’t change anything.” Talk about insult to injury. Never again will I buy anything from Rooms to Go!
