I waited several weeks for them to deliver two recliners.When they were delivered, the guys who put them together didn't do it correctly.

We didn't realize it was not correct until after they left. They were only gone 5 minutes, when I tried to call them back, they didn't answer the phone. I had to research a phone number for customer service, and they said the best they can do is schedule a repair appt in another 3 weeks! When I complained, they were very unsympathetic and then hung up on me.

I am very disappointed in how rude and unsympathetic they were about my problem or how to resolve the issue.Just getting someone on the phone took almost an hour.
