We received our new electric chair couch today. It came unwrapped, with no power cord adapter and only one pillow.

The delivery guys were nice enough and apologized for the issues. The follow up call asked how things went and I told her what was missing. She said, I will send out and order and you should get it within 3-10 business days! WHAT??

We have waited 3 weeks for this couch and this is the response?? Going to call back and demand we get it overnight.

Really Rooms to go? May have to call Sophia and tell her about this!
