Our experience with Rooms To Go was excellent!. Our sales rep Atyah was very helpful and patient with us.

We expressed our concerns about the bad reviews and even spoke to the manager of the store and he reassured us about our purchase. We ordered a queen bedroom set for a guest room and a king mattress set and headboard for our bedroom. We were called often to verify delivery dates, as we had to change it one time. The delivery men called us on the day of delivery and told us they were running behind and came within the time they said they'd be here.

They put our bedroom in place, cleaned up the debris and left. They were very nice. We couldn't be more impressed with the whole process. Does anyone bother to write a good review?

Additionally, we discovered we wanted to change two things about our king mattress and the headboard was just too big for the room. I have a scheduled date for it to be exchanged and picked up with absolutely no hassle. We called our sales rep and the return center and the return center said they couldn't help us, that we'd have to call our sales rep. So we did, and she took care of all the details.

We have a date for pickup next week. We are very pleased and sorry that others did not have the great expereince we did.
