***: The worse was financing it and then trying to set up an automatic monthly pay plan with a 3rd party. 4 days of phone calls during lunch & breaks!

* MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT NUMBER WHEN YOU LEAVE THE STORE!!! Terrible, frustrating experience!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

PRO/***: The salesperson was very knowledgeable about all of RTG furnishings BUT at the final order he kept pushing and pushing the extra fabric protection FEE ...

95% of all new upholstery fabric has water protection already. He made us sign a DECLINED fabric protection add on and kept warning us of all the terrible things that could happen to our sofa: Pets / Guests/ Babies/ Wine spills he didn't quit even after we shook hands at the front door!
