I purchased a livingroom suit from RTG in May of 2018 2 weeks ago the wood in the back of the couch just broke, they sent a tech out who told my husband that the couch would be replaced as it was not fixable. Received a phone call today and was told that we had to break it when we moved or my kids had to jump on it..I advised we moved in Aug it's 3 months later was told they would not replace it.

Of course your tech is going to say it's not RTG fault so they won't have to replace it.

Horrible business, worthless furniture. Never will I purchase anything from them again.
