I purchased a RTR bedroom set in what I thought was a five piece set. How a bed and dresser and mirror is five pieces is beyond me anyways.

The very next week the chest to match my set goes on sale for 30% off so I called my salesman and asked for the discounted chest. He assured me that would be no problem and I only needed to come into the store and pay for it. In the meantime my other furniture was delivered and my dresser has a scratch down one side. Was told they would send a replacement.

Ok no problem except they are another 3 weeks out for delivery. So I drive 45 min to the closest RTG showroom in Penacola Fl only to be told by the manager that I could not get the discount on the dresser because I did not purchase the mirror with my set. The salesman I spoke with was well aware of this when I called and asked about the discount.

Not only as the manager rude and condescending after being near tears in the store I brike down and was going to purchase the dresser only to be told I would have to PAY ANOTHER delivery fee even though they were already coming to replace the defective dresser. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT !!

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I have been trying for a resolution for weeks. No one has been help me or explain this to me. I do not have my order number and other than giving me the deal I was told not much you can do
