Rooms To Go - Horrible customer service on delivery schedules
I ordered a couch 1 month ago. It took two weeks to deliver it but I had to cancel due to a family emergency and going out of town.
I rescheduled and the young woman I spoke to told me she would make sure it was delivered on 6/22/17 before noon. I took the day off from work and made appointments for later that day. I get a text message stating they would deliver between 3 and 7 PM. I called and was treated rudely and nothing was resolved.
They were unable to deliver it earlier or make it the last stop.
I am very upset with this company and will never recommend it to anyone. I will go to the store and make an attempt to cancel my order seeing as to it cannot get delivered.
